Model Nails was a wonderful experience! Richard was very kind, friendly, and professional! He even gave me and my mom 10% off for our first time visit. I will definitely be making this my regular biweekly stop from now on.

If you are looking at reviews more than 3 or 4 months ago then it is the wrong people … this place has sold!!

Richard did a beautiful job on my nails. I am picky picky picky about my nails and he did every single thing I asked him to. He even did a beautiful Butterfly for me. These are NOT the same people who were there before the 22nd of THIS month. They just opened up. The place is clean now and looks bright and new and sharp. If you have been here in the past and had a bad experience, please put it behind you and give theaefolks. try!! This young family are the new owners. Im hard to pleasend I waa impressed. They are running. 15% off new owner specilright now (dont know how long). I have lrwady booked my next appointment.

UPDATE … went in again today for my third visit and Richard did it again … just what I asked for. Katie did my pedicure this time and she did an excellent job.

This is my go-to nail salon - such a cute place with the sweetest and caring staff! They never fail to make my nails look amazing. Tina is definitely my go to for getting my eyebrows done for the last 3 years. Great prices with a professional and relaxing atmosphere. They are a smaller salon ... so have patience even when calling for ahead because it is really worth the extra wait. I highly recommend going here ☺

I just came to area to camp for the holidays and wanted my nails done. Had one broken nail so wanted to try the dip process again, have had it done in several different salons in my home area but was always disappointed. Let me tell you my nails turned out perfect and so beautiful. Am so very pleased wish I didn't live so far away from this salon. Am assuming I dealt with the women owner, she was so nice and any little question she handled. Great salon!

They are so nice, caring and they are so focus on not messing up and also so focus on making sure you are happy I do 100% recommend coming here for y’all’s nails and toe nails.

This is the BEST AND ONLY PLACE TO GO in New Braunfels. Tina and Tony go above and beyond to give you exactly what you want. They are so professional and reasonably priced. The LONGEST LASTING MANICURE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!

I had a pedicure done here and it was by far the best experience I have ever had! I was very pleased with the service I received and I would highly recommend this place to everyone! They are apparently under new management and they are running a special for 20% off of any and all services through the end of May! Go check them out! You'll be glad you did!

I've only been here a few times. Which I had a fine experience all previous times before. Today I got Sam and my nails look great! He was super friendly. He took the time to ask better detailed questions about shape, thickness, etc. Usually I'm a walk in client and am usually too busy to care who I get, but I think I will start scheduling appointments with Sam from now on! Will definately be going back soon to have him do my nails again.

Came in for a pedicure in July with my daughter. They were able to take us right away and did a wonderful job! In fact, we left on a vacation a few days later and spent two weeks walking around Spain. One month later my nails are still looking perfect. Would definitely recommend coming here!

I had a most wonderful pedicure today. I always like going to Model Nails, but I had Sam (Uncle Sam, Sam I Am👍🏻) for the first time and he is my guy from now on. Friendly and attentive. Nice to talk to. Very gentle, thorough and great nail shaping too. Gave me everything I wanted.

My girlfriend has been going to model nails for a few years now and always has me tag along with her. Every single person in the place is so welcoming and friendly. Tina is so kind and most importantly.. The work they do is always amazing. The girlfriend is always happy with everything she gets done. From her nails to her feet to her eyebrows. I highly recommend model nails. Anyday!!!

I have tried many nail salons in New Braunfels. I love Model Nails mostly because the quality you receive is provided with a super competitive cost. 25.00 and my feet feel great after my pedicure. They will scrub and scrub to get them smooth. They do not cut corners. The massages are fantastic too. You can also add a scrub for 5.00 without being forced to upgrade to a higher pedicure. I love it!

Loved going here, will definitely be back. Staff is super friendly & they do really nice pedicures. The prices are very reasonable.Would recommend to anybody looking for a place to get their nails done.

Tina did my nails with a pink and white ombré and they turned out amazing. Everything I could have wanted and more. The place is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Definitely made a dedicated customer out of me.

Amazing! It took me some time but I finnally found a nail salon that I love in New Braunfels! Everyone was very polite and had great customer service skills. And my nails turned out exactly how I asked them to make them look. they took their time I did not feel like they were just rushing through me and the pricing was amazing! They did not charge extra for every little thing. I will definitely recommend this place to a friend

Stopped in for a pedicure and powder dip manicure and had another wonderful experience. I highly recommend the sea salt with the pedicure. My nails look amazing and they always last forever with no chips! Thank you model nails! 💅🏻

I absolutely loved it here. The hardest part about going is that the technicians always make me feel bad about how short my nails are. Here I felt super welcomed in and taken care of. I love how my nails came out.
I can honestly say that I can't wait to go back.

This place was amazing!!! New to the area my fiancé and I wanted pedicures the reviews I saw were BAD BUT WE WNT ANYWAYS!!! So glad we did THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT customers service amazing atmosphere awesome and pedicures wow!!! Definitely will be coming back!!!!
