TA Travel Center

This is one of the best travel center I ever went to it has a massage chair and a nice outside place to eat I would totally recommend to get food from here the popeyes is really good and amazing prices Better than churches atleast and customer service I walk around to the convenience store and it was very relaxing and I looked at the prices and they are a really good deals like 2 dollars for a hot dog it's not dirty it's really clean and the restroom is perfect the fountain drink are really fresh and I bought a jacket which was really comfortable. The hot dogs look really good too the chilli was so good and the subway I didnt try it but it looks nice the outdoors was nice. I would totally recommend people to go there just to go there because it looks so nice and so polite employees I am excited to go back when I go to trip.

The staff was so nice and friendly. Offers showers, laundry, a drivers lounge, and ample amount of parking. Shower was clean and so were the restrooms. Loved the deli at the fuel desk. My guy loved the sausage on the stick so much he had two. lol

I can not say enough good things about the TA in new braunfels tx. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful and just all around kind. The property is well kept. Haven't seen a pee jug one! Bathrooms and showers are clean and readily available. If I could give more stars I would! Thanks for everything TA staff. Ya'll are awesome!

I stopped here on a road trip & the employees were super friendly. They have an awesome selection of fresh snacks!

We have been here several times,but only to the fuel island which has a good deli & great employees..Though there are several discouraging reviews,this time we went in to the restaurant where we were greeted by our server Shelly who is a stellar person..Its friday & "Seafood night" There was Salmon, muscles,shrimp, crab cakes, & steak cooked perfectly. .the salad bar was fresh & the lady working on it wore gloves.. The bathrooms were clean, the restaurant was clean & the employees on December 1st all seemed to care that the customers had a good experience, and also I enjoyed the festive decorations.. Thank you!

I had forgotten they had a 'Country Pride' at this one! I thought it was all fast food. I love breakfast here when I have time, and they have my favorite! Corned beef hash, eggs, and grits! Nom!

The restaurant is always clean, looks nice and the Assistant General Manager Antonio Rivera is very approachable and interactive with the customers. Great place with great food!

So far all the staff that I have contact with are very nice people, not complaining at all.

This truck stop is my favorite between san antonio and austin! They have a fantastic selection of snacks, road trip items, knick knacks, souvenirs, roadside essentials, and (what I go for) usually a pretty decent selection of novelty knives for good prices. Staff are always friendly and don't hover which makes each visit pleasant.

Black Bear Diner now open. Was very good!

My airline hanger broke enroute to Dallas. I spent the night here and went to the shop the following day to purchase a new one. Corey was so efficient, he installed it as quickly as I paid for it. I didn't get the gentleman's name at the register, but both of them had the most amazing and peaceful energy I've experienced in a very long time! They went way above and beyond my expectations, I was impressed by the two of them and will return in the future as well as recommend them to other drivers. This location has an abundance of parking that never filled up the night I was there.

The food here was great! My chicken tender meal was extraordinary... soft chicken, cooked to perfection, juicy and very tasty along with the bbq sauce! My son ordered the Avocado burger, and again, great! Service was also perfect even though it was busy, the server was great, amicable, patient, and fast! Tina, thank you for the great service! We had a wonderful experience! 💜

My husband and I was on our way to San Antonio church Anniversary , and our tire ran a flat. We were able to get it to the nearest gas station TA. My husband isn't good with cars , while fixing the tire . There was a mechanic name Farmer that works there changed his tire for him quick and fast . He was a blessing. We made it on time to the church Thank you Farmer there are still good people in this world.

Greg, Victoria, and Irene. At the food counter in the fuel center. Fantastic employee's. Victoria and Irene hooked me up with a very hearty breakfast bowl! Stuffed for less than $10.00! Plus they had Mac n cheese bowls with grilled chicken. Hot fresh coffee all day! All three of these employees need raises!
Now Popeyes is the only food in the main building. But FYI they are going to get a Black Bear Diner and Subway will reopen. Until then go see Victoria and Irene in the fuel center, tell them what you're hungry for! They'll do whatever they can do to help you!

Very very large parking lot . I’ve been coming here for years and I always always get a parking spot . 2pm , 8pm , 2 in the morning, you are getting a free parking spot and so that alone gets it 5 stars and is all that needs to be said

This place is convenient for non-truckers as well and certainly is much better than fighting the crowds at Buc-ee's! The People who work the registers are always pleasant and willing to engage in conversation, which makes people feel welcomed amd appreciated.

I usually don't to tough care to do reviews but I just to let you guys know the customer service here is just plain old outstanding Chelsea goes above and beyond just to make a truckers life just that much easier. I lost my ta card and she went out of her way to order me a new and gave me a free shower and what was crazy it had been one of those days 🙃 but her actions made my day soooooooo much better!!!!! Your awesome Chelsea keep being you!!!!!

Extra bonus...fenced in dog park! Courtesy bags at the cashier. A little small but perfect spot for our dog to stretch and sniff! Women’s bathroom was closed with a sign directing us to us the showers which were really clean and made it easy to use as a family bathroom.

For a highway gas station the folks here are amazingly friendly and consistent. Have been stopping at this place for over a decade. Gas prices are always beyond competitive and they serve Truckers well. Facilities are always clean. Nice down home diner and a couple of fast food places.
