My son needed a new baseball bat, and with the cost of them, that's his big Christmas present. We like the batting cage, and I am so glad they changed it to where you buy time ($15 for 15 minutes). Before, parents would use it as a babysitter, and people were just rude, and this has helped out greatly. We picked out 3 bats, and 15 minutes was plenty of time to decide. The young man working the cage was great and knew his area.

My husband and I went in today to look for some new golf clubs and we were blessed with the expertise of Glenn Hudson! He was a joy to work with. So knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind and helpful. Within 10 minutes and 1 piece of advice, my swing has vastly improved! We are excited to book some lessons with him in the future! Wow is all we can say! GO SEE GLENN!

This is the best location. It’s massive. They have everything sports related. We went there for Volleyball knee pads. Walmart carries like one kind in a “one size fits all”. Dick’s has Multiple brands (Nike, Under Armour, Adidas, Mizuna, etc) in so many different sizes. Not to mention they have a rock wall, golf simulator, live putting range, and a batting cage.

This is one of THE BEST places to look if you're getting into new sports and hobbies, or getting things for ones you've had for a while. Kind staff, and a layout that makes you feel like you're walking into a movie. They even have a rock-climbing wall, and places to try some of the equipment! They've got just about anything you can think of, so you should definitely check it out!

This store is incredible for experiences from rock wall climbs, Trackman golf bays, multi-sport cage and the HUGE field outside. I love the selection of brands here and I frequent the Calia, FP Movement and DSG section. If you are looking for UT apparel, they have a huge assortment of clothing, accessories, drinkware and more! The customer service is great as well and I have always gotten help with any questions I have. I recommend this store to everyone!

Got indoor soccer shoes, sales rep was very pleasant and got multiple selections for us, then used the outdoor field to test the shoes and ball! Great experience!

What kind sport entrance should I ever expect? Is common sense, these places is crowed from entry point into the such reasoning seasonal pick hole. Do not 🚭 🚭 🚭 tell me do not smoke but I never smoke before anyway tho. Is a bad hobby and habit to even think about it, does you ever understand such pity. Getting lost over the edge of horizon to the end.

Very cool place! It’s easy to find the section you’re looking for. Lots of variety. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Awesome tools to find the right equipment for your sport.

Took the kids to the climbing wall. One is 7 and the other is 8. They have never climbed before and we're understandably nervous and scared. Hayden and Adam were phenomenal. They were able to help identify what the kids were nervous of help them overcome. They were kind and gentle, knew went to joke with them, and were constantly encouraging them and rooting for them as they were learning to climb. It was such a great experience and if you get a chance to do this with Hayden or Adam, make the time. They were incredible!

Tremendous facility with a lot of possibilities. If anything keeps physical stores from disappearing it's this style of store that will do it. Services, activities, community events, and helpful knowledgeable employees.

Awesome setup, great selection. Love the outdoor field area and the rock wall! Great UT selection for Christmas too.

Super clean. Easy to find what you need because everything is properly labeled. I recommend bringing climbing the rock wall or practicing on the field outside!

This store hands down is the best I've been to! Huge! Lots of merchandise. Really enjoyed shopping here.

Matt in the fitness equipment section went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. He even took the time to check in the stock room.

I want to say I’m so very impressed with the staff that handles the community outreach program. The infrastructure that the store provides is set up perfectly to teach fundamentals to a younger age population. Stressing fundamentals over physical! The store’s location is ideal to reach out to even counties surrounding Knox! Reach out and teach a kid. They’re hungry to learn particularly in a great non intimidating environment! High Five!

Employees are always great and fast to help! It’s also very clean and well organized. Always able to go in get what I need and get out fast! With that being said I recommend this location to anyone!

This is such a phenomenal sporting goods store! So many choices! Also, my son used the Hitt Trax to find a new bat. The associate who helped him was so nice and kind! Will definitely come back!

Just had the best experience in the ladies running shoe department. Eli and his co-worker spent time with me and had fabulous suggestions for running shoes. Thank-you and I will be back
