STAR Physical Therapy

My insurance didn’t cover physical therapy but STAR saw me and gave me exercises to do at home. Hannah May was so sweet and helpful!! The Physical Therapist was absolutely amazing!! Thank you!!

My son has been coming to Start Physical Therapy since October 2023 and they have just been absolutely amazing with him. They are understanding and do their very best to accommodate if running behind or late and they want you to be the best version of yourself possible. Lynn has an amazing attitude and is always uplifting and smiling... Totally recommend

Great staff. Very helpful, honest, and sincere. I was given some continuing exercises to do at home, even after treatment. I highly recommend.

They have been very courteous from checking in ,to your final workout of the day.They lady at front desk is so polite and helpful with all questions..When you start your rehab they are kind and patient. They are not judgmental in anyway possible. If you want to heal and feel better this is the place to be.if you get thirsty and have your tumbleryou can refill it there

I am actually sorry my PT is over! I had a great time with the staff & that's exactly what is needed when you're in recovery! They were very knowledgeable, asked all the right questions, gave me all the answers I needed, & brought me back to 100%. I'm glad I live close so I can visit!

Until two weeks ago I had never been to or participated in, any type of Physical Therapy. I was honestly skeptical and nervous about going for the first time and I had doubts as to whether it could actually help/heal my injury. The Mt. Pleasant staff erased those doubts and had me feeling like I was part of the family fbefore my first visit was finished. The Therapist easily diagnosed my injury, then took the time to explain the route to recovery in great detail.
I've only been to three appointments so far but my shoulder is feeling much better. Their knowledge, energy, and hospitality, gives me confidence that I'll make a full recovery and has me looking forward to my appointments now!

All of the staff in Mt. Pleasant were friendly professional and really knowledgeable. They all gave me individual attention and cured the pinched nerve in my neck within 2 weeks. Special Tks to Lynn. I highly them. Tks to all of the staff ❤

These folks are AWESOME!!! When I started therapy, for the repair of a torn meniscus of the left knee, my leg bending movement was 100 degrees. Meanwhile, the right leg bent at 136 degrees so I had my work cut out for me. In 3 1/2 weeks, working 2 days a each week the folks here have gotten me to what I believe is an 85% level of completion. I can now bend my left leg to 135 degrees and in the next week and a half I feel confident that I'll be 100% and ready to function again normally. Therapy helped me immensely and I'm glad that STAR Physical Therapy was there to work with me to get better.

Star PT in Mt. Pleasant are my hometown heroes! Great attention to detail and work diligently and compassionately to get you where you need to be.

Staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining the exercise procedures and the benefits/goals for each. They answered all my questions pertaining to my injury and what to expect from physical therapy. Very well pleased!!!

Been using for months now. Best physical therapy place I've been. They don't wanna hurt you or see you bleed. All about your recovery. Great staff awesome environment never a dull moment with them.
