Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Braunfels

We like staying at this hotel, it is conveniently located. They are very accommodating to letting us check in early. The rooms have always been clean and beds are very comfortable. It's a good place to stay, we have never had any problems with our reservations. We usually get a suite with a king bed.

This hotel was amazing. The location was great as well. The front desk Sam recommended a great restaurant and let me say she did not disappoint. Breakfast had a good selection. The rooms were spotless and when I needed an extra pillow they were very good at getting me another one. I highly recommend getting a room here and the location was great.

We stayed here on 9/16/23 after having a nightmare experience at another place that night. We called and spoke with Andy. Andy was amazing and took excellent care of us. The room was clean!! The AC was cold too! I had waffles, coffee and oatmeal for breakfast the following day.They had a selection of cereals for the kids and an assortment of pastries. They also had milk, orange and apple juices. Overall we had a wonderful experience here. I would definitely 💯 recommend .

Exterior was clean and welcoming. Room was clean and felt like home. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Thank you to the staff for a job well done!

Excellent spot. Very comfortable bed. Clean sheets and towels. They should probably get bigger tvs, but besides that I was very happy.

100% Enjoyed my stay here! The front desk was so nice and polite. The rooms are cozy and intimate. Stayed during the Pandemic and had an all around great stay. There is something magic about this place! My lady and I stayed for one night and now I have a daughter! This review is a bit late, but that wasn't the only thing... Was here a a vacation trip place is clean front desk is very friendly has me in my room in seconds!!! Melissa was very helpful I totally recommend it

Very quiet and pleasant. My first visit to this Hotel.

Very clean hotel. Got a good deal on a Master Suite. It was a very comfortable stay. The King Size bed was shockingly comfortable. We enjoyed some pool time as well. The offer free breakfast which is another bonus. I would stay here again.

This was a very good place to stay. very clean and the breakfast bar was open at 6:30 making for an early start. There is a steak house directly behind the hotel so no need to drive if tired. Highly recommend!

This hotel was great. Our new house was under construction and we had to stay here for three weeks. The owner is very attentive, always asking if things are okay and going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. They were very accommodating. Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast is as expected for the price, but overall it's a great place to stay.

The management and staff at this hotel are top notch! This hotel is squeaky clean! I prefer the bedding in the king suite. The bedding in the queen rooms dont seem to be as comfortable.
I can not say enough great things about this place! They are genuinely concerned with making sure your stay is comfortable, clean and exactly what you need!

Stayed here with my children in August. We were in town for a quick trip to Schlitterbahn and wanted a decent and affordable place to stay. Hmm.. Is that possible? Well, we took a chance with this hotel. I've never heard of Microtel before but the reviews online were promising and the rate I booked was great.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the extra lounging space that was above the a/c by the window. The pillows were extra soft. I even checked the bed and under for tidiness and/or bugs. All clear!

We arrived late after our day at the park... and we were out early to enjoy another day of water play. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. They had an assortment of muffins, yogurt, danishes, toast, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee and a waffle maker. The owner was busy busy keeping everything stocked. I spoke with him briefly, very nice man.

So, this hotel is not super fancy but it's a nice, safe and clean place to stay. Won't hesitate to return!

First time I have been to a microtel. Rooms are a little smaller and no frills but certainly comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was probably four stars but it’s free so I did not count it.

We stayed here during spring break, which was the first time in a few years. We were extremely happy with our stay. The managers were very nice and helpful the whole stay and accommodated our room request. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back this summer!!

Clean and no smells in room.
Only visible wear was the bay window cushion has a tear and some small wall cracks.
Office and halls are clean and clear.
A semi strong covering scent in elevator on first day.
Great stay even with covid19/CCP restrictions.

This hotel was pretty nice. No complaints really. Price was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great, near a movie theatre and shopping center. Had some awesome food in town at Faust Brewery and Underground Pizza. Only con was a lackluster continental breakfast, but when are those ever any good really?

Small but very clean & adequate rooms. They recommended Montana Mike's restaurant right in back of hotel - great fod & very reasonably priced

We were here for a family trip several family members stayed here. The room was very spacious, the pool was crystal blue and the breakfast had a good selection. Several restaurants near by so we had plenty to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed. I recommend this hotel to anybody and i would definitely stay here again.
