Tennessee Welcome Center

Stopped in this evening while traveling through and hung out for at least an hour or 2. Nice, small, clean rest stop and visitor center. There was a guard and he was super nice, honest and professional. I suggest TN to get stickers to hand out to their visitors when stopping through. Stickers are great.

Nice place to rest for a few. Very cool place. Plenty of trees for a nice cool picnic. Restrooms and vending machines available. Usually there’s staff on hand. Small amount of truck parking and can be difficult to get out when the driver beside doesn’t leave enough room for the other drivers to leave out.

This is a Welcome Center that actually makes you feel welcome. The ladies I have interacted with there were very knowledgeable about Tennessee and seemed to really enjoy telling you about all the things you could see and do along your route. They are some of the best ambassadors I've ever seen for the state. On top of the clean restrooms, they decorate for the season and there a great fireplace to gather around in the building.

I absolutely love this welcome center. The facility is always and I do mean always clean. The ladies there are fantastic and always so friendly and helpful.

Great staff, parking for veterans, clean bathrooms, security on site, no trash, Ashley was extremely helpful. Slept a couple hours without worry.

I soo love this welcome center. This made me feel like my gmas house in Talladega A.L. Very comforting relaxing 😌 ppl nice right off top. The TN southern hospitality at its best

Lady at the info desk was very helpful, she saw me browsing pamphlets and came to help me out even though it was time for her to go home. I noticed afterwards she got her stuff and left. But she cake to assist me instead of ignoring me and taking off. Don't see that much.

This welcome center features nice, large, clean restrooms. They have an extensive array of tourist information along with a very helpful staff. The grounds are always clean and well maintained, with ample picnic tables and plenty of dog walking space.

The welcome center in Tennessee.the front .lady she was great my car stopped.had to leave it there.she told me it was going to be ok until my son come and get it and it was .I will always stop there She was so nice to me and I was on my way to a funeral.last month thank her so much Am the lady with the grey car ..

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. One of THE BEST rest stops on the highway.

Had all kinds of different tourist information for the entire state of Tennessee. The lady working there was very knowledgeable and also very nice. A great way to welcome you into the state of Tennessee.

Beautifully situated for a relaxing stop. Extremely clean and has some historic information in a separate room. Very knowledgeable attendant.

I am new to the area, there were lots of brochures divided by area. The lady working was awesome to share some of her favorite places to visit.
There is a room on the side with a dining room table and other furniture. She said different times of the year artisans come out. Also, In May they have people who hand out free local company items.
Worth the stop!
