AT&T Store

i went in to get a new phone and switch services from verizon to atat . the customer service was excellent . they were very nice and explained everything very well . they even stayed 30 minutes after closing to make sure everything was all set up and taken care of .

The CSR Hope at the Dyersburg TN store was fantastic! Efficient!, knew all the ins and outs, took care of everything so well. Professional yet very personal, I would come back to her everytime and value her AT&T expertise.

Lisa was so very helpful and attentive to our every need. She was so very nice also. A real pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend and come back!

Lil high priced but good so far

Lisa and her staff are top notch!!! Eager to help you with a new device purchase, accessories, or just a question about your current phone! Lisa and the staff are always a cut above. Been going to her since around 2010.

This is the best phone store I've ever been in. I've been coming here since I bought my first bag phone. I recently bought a replacement iPhone and the staff could not have been more helpful. They activated the phone then transferred all my files and other information. They even applied a screen protector and put it in a case. I walked out the door fully ready to go and better than when I came in.

Christopher was a huge help. Had a great sense of humor. He stayed an hour over his shift to make sure my phone was working by the time I walked out. Would highly recommend asking for his assistance

This was absolutely the best cell phone experience we have ever had. We bought 6 new phones and had to swap over all of our data. Lisa, Sarah and Devin were the kindest, smartest and most helpful ever. They have extreme patience and knowledge and a great coworker chemistry. It felt like family. They will forever have our business.

Ordered a tablet off-line and it didn’t want to activate using an eSIM so I went to the store worked with Hope she got my tablet going in a matter of minutes highly recommend working with her any chance you get!

Was having insurance issues with my tablet. Was having to make several trips to the store and I know they probably cringed every time they seen me coming. All the employees were very friendly. Thanks to Christopher for all his help and resolving the issues. Great job !

My Wife and were getting our first phone service plan away from our parents, and we had no idea what we were doing going in. I went to ATT Dyersburg on May 26th to upgrade my Samsung 9 to a 22. Working with the two clerks there made the process very easy. As other customers come in, one was slways available to them. I like the way they played to each others strengths as well. One was more comfortable with SMsung than the other so the division of support for my upgrade went very smoothly.

Lisa was absolutely wonderful & took care of all my issues with patience & absolute professionalism & kindness. She was top notch!

Excellent customer service! He answered all of my many questions, some twice. Didn't try to talk me into or out of any thing. Very informative and knowledgeable on the products! I'm glad I chose ATT!
