Madewell

I just wanted to say that Marianna at Madewell is wonderful. She did an entire “fitting” for me with denim to find the perfect pair for my body shape/size. I have a hard time finding jeans that fit well because I’m short waisted and right on the line between regular sizes and plus sizes. She helped me find something that looked cute and was comfortable while
Never making me feel like I was making her a job difficult due to my “less than normal” size/shape. If you want help finding a great pair of jeans that FIT while also having the process simplified - I highly recommend talking to Marianna at the Knoxville store location.

Nice and beautiful store, has most items online does, this store in Knoxville was opened in Feb, 2019, and got a great location. I have more than half an hour drive there, but it’s near whole food, lululemon and west town mall, so it’s a great place for me on weekends! The staffs there are very kind and helpful, they are patient to help me get a personalized medium transport tote through customer service because you can only get 15% student discounts for everything in store! Really a nice place for you guys to check out!

Very courteous and helpful young lady who was working check out. I purchased a gift card. The shop was very well organized and clean with a mask recommendation. I also am environmentally conscious and like their ideas about recycling.

Hailey was AMAZING. She helped me pick out my dream jeans!! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. If you're looking for jeans, cute tops, shoes, jewelry, etc., I promise you'll always find something you want!!
They have a student discount and partner with Habitat for Humanity to use old jeans as insulation. If you bring in your old jeans (any brand is accepted), they'll give you a discount ;) Super excited that Madewell is in Knoxville!

Anna Grace was so helpful and made the shopping experience so easy. She was very sweet and answered all of my questions in depth about sizing, jeans, etc. You can tell she’s passionate about fashion and helping others.

Beautiful store great location. I’ve been in a couple times and the store is always immaculate. The merchandise is beautiful and the employees were so friendly and helpful. I am clueless on fashion and what works or doesn’t work. The staff helped cloth me and style me in versatile outfits. I was really impressed with their attentiveness and patience to make me look good. I can’t wait for my next visit!

One of my all time favorite stores. My only issue is that they only sell their plus size line online.

They have watchful eyes. I went into the store twice with a friend, just to look around as it was their first time. As we were shopping they (the staff) were glaring at us, giving us side-eyes, and basically following us around the store. It was unfortunate because I really like the brand, but my experience wasn’t that great. I will definitely go back because I want to spend money there.
