I was helped by a wonderful Nigerian lady. I'm sorry I can't recall her name. She went above and beyond to help me. Very attentive and professional. Great employee.

I love kohls, it worries me when I read about kohls closing. I have shopped kohls for most of my adult life, I am 72, so that should tell you something. YHEY ARE THE BEST.

Sherry the associate at store 0304 was very friendly , helpful and informed me about all the savings I was allowed . She did her job well !

This store is fine, the workers are friendly and always helpful. They let me bring my service dog in without issue.

Kohls at east town has great associates I was buying quite a lot didn’t have a cart a nice gentleman in the shoe area offered to go get me one ,the cashier told me about kohls cash signed me up I will deffinetly shop there .

I love that they have Amazon drop-off. It took me less than 5 minutes to walk to the station they had in the store, drop off my return and walk back out. Everyone was nice and helpful. The store look well-organized and clean.

Update (08/08/2022) - I went in looking for a blazer. There wasn't a lot of selection in the women's section so I tried the men's section. I was able to find a blazer for $160 marked down from $220. It doesn't fit perfectly but that's what tailors are good for. Everyone was super nice, as usual. I love this place
