The staff is amazing! Today a customer accidentally knocked over a display of items and less than a minute later my purse bumped into a large display of body spray, knocking them all over the floor. I was embarrassed and expected the staff members to be annoyed, but instead one of the staff members rushed over and asked me if I was okay as she quickly picked them up. I apologized and she said "that's okay. I just want to make sure that you are okay". She also picked up the items so quickly that I barely had time to help. I wish I knew her name because I would love to thank her for her kindness and understanding. I would also like to add that all of the staff members make me feel welcomed every time that I visit and the line moves very quickly. This is my favorite store for many reasons.

This place is clean, well organized. The staff are very helpful, welcoming, and nice. My family come here often, and haven't had a problem yet. Easy to find what you're looking for, and usually pretty easy to get in and out fairly quickly. I will continue to keep coming back here for sure.

I enjoy shopping at this location in general (really chill and good vibes!). Today took my respect up a notch! I've been dealing with long-term smell loss due to COVID, but I still wanted to participate in Candle Day. Morgan...at 5am...smelled and described candles for me, so that I could narrow down my haul. I really appreciated her so much for this - helping me continue my Candle Day tradition 🤎

I am at this store all the time. Staff is always friendly and it is always a pleasurable shopping experience! Doesn't get too crowded and the store is always set up very nicely. I am happy to live so close to this BBW

These women are always very genuine and welcoming. They are also very very helpful! It's like going shopping with a best friend. They sincerely want to help you make the. sst purchase according to your tastes. It's a clean and well organized store as well.

This place is so great. I love their candles. They smell so good. The smell stays until burn the whole candle. I burn the 3 wick ones. I love them so much I also use the body spray and bath and shower products. This is one of my favorite stores ever. Bath and Body works will not disappoint you, I promise.🌺🌻🌺

The manager there named Taylor is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me get the things I needed. It is nice to know that some people still value customer service.

This was my first time at this location on Washington pike. All workers were very friendly and offered a shopping bag on arriving. They were helpful and were quick to point out which tables were on the 75 percent off sale and which were the B3G3 so you don't get confused. The store was super stocked and clean.

Great new store! Employees were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of new merchandise for women. But, for men, all of the stores could use more merchandise and items.
