Go see Elijah! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and he will get you the equipment and service you need at the best price. I went in to add a phone. I ended up with a new phone and two upgrades with very minimal change in my bill. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

The sales rep (Elijah) was very busy so the manager helped me. Even though Elijah was busy he continually checked on me and followed up with me. The manager was very knowledgeable and patiently explained to me all my questions. I respected the fact that the manager was willing to help me to allow the original sales rep to fulfill other customers needs and expectations. I thought that was professional and efficient. Great experience!

They went above and beyond for us. We went in to activate our new phones. One went smoothly one did not. My daughter was switching from Android to apple David Belleville was our sales consultant. He was very patient and helpful. After several calls to tech support he was able to get the issues resolved. If you need great customer service stop by this store.

I came in yesterday to check on my bill and look at the cost of upgrades. The rep that helped me was extraordinary. His name was Ashton, he was so awesome! He helped me upgrade and also saved me so much money on my monthly bill! He was patient and kind, very knowledgeable and informative. I’ll go out of my way to go back to this location just so Ashton can help me everytime!

Stuart was fantastic and answered all my questions quickly and knowledgeably. He went above and beyond when helping me and was kind and understanding as well!

While at Dollywood my phone was destroyed by water (totally my dumb*** fault). I had to rush to AT&T for a replacement. I was met at the door by a representative who immediately sat me down and got the exact phone I wanted. I was in and out in less than half an hour with my new phone setup and fully working. Got a fantastic deal too! If you’re in the market for a new phone, don’t hesitate. They have great deals and wonderful customer service.

This AT&T was the most pleasant experience i have ever had when it comes to getting a phone. The staff at this location all around seemed to be pretty knowledgeable and fast paced but the best person to go to is Elijah K., he's a super patient and helpful representative and really goes above and beyond for his customers.

If you manage to get Stuart helping you, you have it made. So knowledgeable and professional. He helped us understand every facet of what we were purchasing and how it would affect our bill. Top notch representative.

Jordon was a great help to me getting my service all straightened out. I was so frustrated but he was so knowledgeable and patiently helped me get my account all fixed. I wish I had gone in weeks earlier. I highly recommend Jordon and this store. The service was with AT&T direct tv!

We were waiting on by Scott. He could not have been any more helpful. Cell phone stores have typically been a problem for us - mainly due to focus on upselling and not focusing on solving the problem. Scott was proactive and knowledgeable regarding getting us the product we needed, and he even saved us $$$ by transitioning us to a plan that is better suited for our family plan. Thank you Scott - 5 star service from a man with integrity and great customer-centric skills.

We were met at the door by a rep, so there was no wait time. My husbands phone was damaged and needed to be replaced. The rep. explained the differences in what we were looking at for a replacement and I appreciated his honesty in not pushing for an up-sell. We did the transfer from old phone to new phone ourselves so we were in and out in 30 minutes. Excellent service, the rep. deserves to be commended for his professionalism, knowledge of the products and pleasing attitude. He was a refreshing change from the work ethics and attitudes these days. I went ahead and upgraded my phone while I was there, because the process went so smoothly. We love our new iPhone 12pro.

The customer service we had was great. He really tried to save our phones but it was time to get new ones. We love our new phones and Stuart answered all our questions and explained so we understood. Told us up front what we needed to pay that day so there was no surprise after the agreement. I would recommend this store to everybody.
