Being a new home buyer and living on a corner lot at the back entrance of a neighborhood, it was essential to find blinds that provided our home privacy.

From receiving an in person estimate, to installation, we enjoyed working with Josh and his assistant. Being a family-owned business ourselves, it's always refreshing to find local companies that also are family-owned and clearly care about the product they sell to their clients. Josh and his colleagues do just that and were always professional and efficient.

With our specific install, there were two pieces of blinds that had minor manufactured errors (that we didn't even notice) and they made sure to replace right away. All of the blinds, no matter the size of the window, turned out perfectly and we could not be more pleased with the final result. We get compliments from friends and family all the time.

Outstanding experience. We bought a new home and needed blinds so I contacted them because I had a really good experience with Budget Blinds in my NH home.
I scheduled an appointment with Joshua and he came out to measure. They carried the same blinds we had before so it was very easy. He ordered the blinds from our house and within a few weeks, I got the call that they were in. They came out a few days later and the installer was fantastic. He was methodical and meticulous in his work.
These are great people to do business with. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Joshua and Budget Blinds. We started working with him in April once we moved into our house. The experience was very easy and only made complicated by us trying to figure out what colors/patterns worked best in our home. Once we agreed on the styles we were going for, everything went very smoothly. We finalized our selections in July and 4 weeks later the team came out to install them. They all look great! Couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out.

Budget blinds was extremely efficient and made outstanding suggestions. They are owned and operated by very competent people. I enjoyed the process with them and couldn't ge happier with the blinds.

I ordered in November 2019 and my blinds were installed in December 2019 made to order after consultation. The PRO installer arrived on time and refused my tip at completion. The blinds were installed quickly. I was so happy after being blindness in my new home for a month. Today the blinds are in perfect condition except for some blinds where the pull cord was not long enough. There were only two blinds that had this issue. I just got a tool to pull them down because my windows are so big and tall. The only other issue was a custom glass enclosed blind near the patio where the blinds in the glass have to be adjusted when the door opens. The blinds come off track and have to be pulled back in place by hand. The window pops off the surface for adjustment. The cost was fair for all my upstairs and downstairs windows. I got temp paper blinds in the bathrooms that held until the install. I will be calling again to get my master window in the bath done. Overall I am very pleased.

I could not ask for better service from Budget Blinds. From the time of the estimate with Eric to the questions for Lindsay, the experience was impeccable. I knew we were in good hands. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. Brian and Joshua had a precision process for installing our Vertical Blinds and Shutter for the back door. The material was a perfect match for the existing shutters. If you want quality and timely work, I highly recommend this company.

What a fantastic experience! From the initial meeting at the showroom with Lynsey to the estimate with Eric Bishop to the installation with Jon Davis and Joe, and follow ups with Nina, everything went as smoothly and swiftly as it possibly could have. We were pushed into a loan closing by our builder a wee bit more quickly than we had anticipated and we needed to get our plantation shutters ordered super fast! The estimate was very reasonable and we paid with cash to get an even bigger discount! Jon and Joe noticed a small ding on one of the shutters and after we said it’s no problem, they insisted that they order a new panel. We have a ‘dummy dormer’ that Eric couldn’t get out to measure as it was a liability on the builder because we hadn’t closed yet. Jon and Joe somehow crawled through the trusses and like little monkeys measured the windows and helped us get a quote on a couple of blinds to make the whole house look uniform. Thanks to them for their professionalism and keen eye. They must have telepathically known I was fussing about things looking ‘wonky’ without the random windows having the same appearance as the rest of the house. The order came in earlier than we had anticipated and the installation was scheduled just a couple of days after we closed. Outstanding customer service and support. My wife and I recently purchased a new construction home and contacted budget blinds well be fore closing to discuss options for our new Home. Eric met with us several times both onsite and in the Budget Blinds office in Garner to discuss options and also to get measurements for our windows. We decided to start with plantation shutters for the front of our home. And put a hold on the back of the home for now as we decide how to proceed.
Today, Jon and Joe, the installers came and installed our shutters. We are excited to say, we love the plantation shutters on our new home and will be reaching out for additional work for the back of our home. Eric, Jon, Joe, and the budget blinds office team are knowledgeable, patient, thorough, professional, respectful, and provide excellent customer service. We felt no pressure during the sales process and the installation process was smooth and seamless. Jon and Joe even wore their booties on our new floors and carpets! I highly recommend Budget Blinds!! I had just moved to a new house and I desperately needed blinds in the entire house. The staff at the Garner branch were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were patient and helpful when it was time for me to choose the type of blinds. When came the time for delivery, they tried everything they could to accommodate me (it was not easy to find a time that suited me because of my daily schedule). I called one morning to explain I was stuck at home because my car battery was flat. I asked them if they could delivery and installed my blinds on that day and 1/2 hour later, their installer was at my house!!! Thank you Budget Blinds!

Super nice people to work with. Polite, great customer care. They care about their customers. On installation day they were very quite, and clean. Part of the install was to also take away the old blinds so we the customer didn't have to worry about. I had an old budget blind that needed a special bracket and they were able to find and source it for us and they arranged a special day on a Saturday to install so i didn't need to take additional time from work. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds of West Raleigh.

Nina, Joshua and John are all AMAZING! From start to finish, the customer service at this Budget Blinds franchise was great. Joshua the owner came to measure the windows in my home and he was friendly, personable and just down to earth. With all of the chaos of my move he forgot to install my temporary widow coverings the same day so he came back to my home the very next day to personally install the temporary window coverings in my home. John the installer was nice and quick and he installed all of our blinds while we were away from the home. He respected our wishes and removed his shoes. He also cleaned up his work area and locked our home upon his departure. My blinds look GREAT and I am extremely happy with my purchase and experience with Budget Blinds of West Raleigh!

I really appreciate their superior customer service. I had an in-home consultation so I was able to see the chosen fabric in the room. There was an issue that my chosen fabric (which I loved) was discontinued. I got a call and was able to go to the showroom and choose any fabric - at any price point I wanted, due to that. This was truly putting the customer first. The gentleman who installed the blinds was quick and very good. The Roman shades for the screen porch not only provide the needed privacy but are very pretty.

The quality of the service at Budget Blinds of West Raleigh was outstanding; the quality of the blinds and shutters we purchased was outstanding as well. From the first meeting with the sales rep, who was very knowledgeable, to the day of installation, we felt comfortable with our decision to go with this company at this location for our window treatments. The installer was very careful with his ladder, and did a professional installation in a short period of time. Already we have received compliments on our shutter arches; and we can now see the television without a glare from the lovely vaulted window. All in all, a positive experience from start to finish.

We had Budget Blinds install blinds and shades in every window of our home. Our experience working with Joshua was great. He communicated clearly all our options. We appreciated him coming back a second time to answer questions and make changes. We received a free computer estimate instantly. Prices were comparable to other companies. We picked Budget Blinds because the quality and selection of the materials and because of Joshua's positive impression on us. The installer was also great and installed the blinds in a matter of a few hours. We would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends. Our blinds look beautiful!

From the very beginning I had an excellent experience with Budget Blinds. Everyone from the sales person to the installer was friendly, helpful and professional. I was pleased at the recommendations and they way they went above and beyond to satisfy me. It's so rare nowadays for companies to actually practice true customer service, but Budget Blinds is one that is there for the customer. Brandon, who installed the blinds asked me several times if they looked okay and he adjusted anything I asked him to without complaint. He was very friendly and quite knowledgeable with his work. His supervisor, Josh was also quite accommodating and friendly. I felt like they were there for me and their bottom line was my satisfaction rather than their dollar. I highly recommend them and will use them again when I need more custom blinds. Great Experience.

We have used Budget Blinds twice. The first time, they installed new blinds throughout our new house. Our consultant was helpful and friendly. We only waited about 2 weeks and they came and were installed quickly. The second time, we had a remote shade installed. Same great, quick experience and a quality product.

We loved working with Joshua at Budget Blinds. We have plantation shutters that look great and work perfectly. They were quick to help when we had a broken shutter and came out and replaced it well after installation. Recommend them often and look forward to working with them anytime!

What a pleasant experience with a company for a change. A" gentleman" came to give the estimate. He was prompt and professional as well as courteous. After measuring and doing a little figuring, he gave me a price for the installed blinds at, what I felt, was a fair price.Once installed I was more than happy. The blinds look beautiful and the installation was certainly professional quality. Would highly recommend this company.

Budget Blinds of West Raleigh did an excellent job insuring our complete satisfaction with the installation of solar blinds for our porch. The product blocks the sun as advertised. Things were not exactly correct at first but, Josh made it 100% right. The half moon plantation shutter above our entry door is one of the best investments we made. Would highly recommend their services!
