Cleveland School Animal Hospital

In my opinion, Cleveland School Animal Hospital is the best general practice vet in the area! The entire team is so knowledgeable, sweet, caring, and compassionate. They always go above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough! My boy always loves going in for visits to see his favorite veterinary staff friends!❤

We love Dr Goodwin, I wish she had more hours there. But she walked us through all of the options and answered all our questions.
They were very gentle with our antisocial scared to death kitty.

I started going to Cleveland School Animal Hospital about 16 years ago. One of my dogs (puppy at the time) was constantly throwing up her food and the vet I used at the time couldn't figure out what was wrong, to the point that they wanted to do exploratory surgery. In a panic (two little kids + two dogs = no time or money), I got an urgent appointment with Dr. Basden. She took an x-ray and showed the completely whole kibble in pup's stomach (hence the barfing). Easy fix - change food and get an elevated feeder. I've gone to CSAH ever since. My older dogs are both gone and I just got a very good girl from the shelter, so it's a no-brainer where we went for our first checkup/vaccine boosters.

Thank you all for taking such great care of our sweet little Poptart! Your team is so sweet, informative, and accommodating. The pricing is great, also. I’m so looking forward to bringing Poptart and all future pets here for their needs.

Cleveland school animal hospital was absolutely amazing! The staff was so nice, caring, knowledgeable & put up with my crazy questions. They made 2 follow up calls after my dogs vaccines. It was very busy & we did have to wait, but I rather wait & have them take good care of my dog then be rushed in & out.
Update: this place gets better each time we go. Can't say enough about how great the staff is & their pricing beats any where around

Very good Covid19 protocols. (you stay in your car in the parking lot , call them to say you've arrived and wait w/ a mask until they come get your pet. They also wear masks and take your pet inside. They brief you by phone when they've completed the exam, you pay for the visit and they bring your pet back to your car.) Friendly doctors and staff. Happy to recommend this vet.

We sadly had to put our elderly dog down last week. The level of care by the Vet and tech who helped us was like nothing I've ever experienced before. The buffet of food they brought him to eat, sitting with us, letting us reminisce, letting us run the timeline - absolutely incredible. Just incredible. When we're ready for the next doggy we'll be back here for sure.

Everyone here is amazing and cares deeply for your animal family members...they love them as much as you do and treat them as their own...the Dr.'s take their time to explain everything from the condition to treatments to preventatives..they listen to every single concern you may have and are honest with you..I must add- This is the most affordable veterinarian care and services I have had in 35 years! I'm trusting them with my babies forever. 💙

My dog Ludo absolutely loves coming here! In 5 years I have never had a negative experience. The Staff and Vets always try to help us stay within budget, they are friendly and knowledgeable.

These vets and staff are the best I've ever had. They took care of my Snickers when he got too sick to be saved. They've helped my daughter with her new kitten and they've helped with my new ESA.

The staff CARE about their pet patients and pet parents. When we had to let Snickers go, they were wonderfully supportive and there wasn't a dry eye in the room. I've lost pets before at other clinics and the staff are so desensitized they couldn't empathize with us.

Their prices are fair and not outrageous. Plus they're handicap accessible.

We have used Cleveland School Animal Hospital for many years and love everyone there! All of our pets also love or loved the family there and never fought the trip. We highly recommend them and they will continue to be our preferred Vet.

They where great with my Pit puppy. I have taken my Pugs and my mut dogs.

Absolutely the best doctors and technicians and staff. Been a customer for just about 20 years! We’ve had 10 dogs through the years and have always taken them to Cleveland School. 7 of our babies have crossed the rainbow bridge and Dr Basden has been there for all but 1 that passed at home. To us, there is no other place we would even consider. Simply the best!

The staff here is top notch. They are caring , friendly , and very knowledgeable about how to care for your pet. I have been coming here for over 20 years with different pets I have had and am always impressed and my pet is well taken care of.

Wouldn't trust my doggy health to anyone else! I have a 76 pound boxer mix, he's big, strong a nut, seriously a nut. Of course I love his energy, and so do they! They do an awesome job with. Total trust from me!

Can't say enough about all the vets here. Front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, not snotty like so many seem to be! Vet techs truly love animals and make you feel right at home. Vets are very up to date on practices, and do thorough checkups. We have huge dogs and have no issues at all. Very caring, I feel they're also very honest if you need something done, they work with you as much as possible and offer options whenever available. Their focus is on your animal and keeping it in the best possible health.

My dog’s nail snapped off halfway yesterday. This was on a Sunday and the office was closed. I showed up this morning (Monday) with no appointment and they took my dog in on a urgent care basis so quickly . The COVID procedures the office has in place are great as well. You sit in your car and do a phone check in. The receptionists and medical staff were absolutely wonderful. They called me on my cell and let me know they would be out to get my dog soon to take her in the office to get care. Dr.Basden called me and gave me so much reassurance and she showed so much professionalism. She told me everything they did step by step and answered all my questions I had. I could never have asked for any better care for my pet. The prices at this clinic are always very reasonable. I’m always so impressed by this office with their professionalism and caring medical staff. Great job to you all and thanks so much for always treating my babies like your own. God bless you all.
