I can't recommend Julia enough. She was amazing, very thorough and assertive with the treatment she gave me. Nurse Kim was also wonderful and made me feel comfortable while doing my body scan. I also want to mention Becky (front desk Holly Springs). Great problem solving skills and attentive over the phone when I had a problem with my insurance. Overall great experience with the staff.

But it’s the service that stands out most. She’s always checking in with me, even after hours, to make sure I’m progressing and feeling good. Love her and all she’s done for me!

Preston Dermatology is a dynamic center that puts the patient first! Dr. Solomon is absolutely fabulous, kind, and, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable pulling from her vast expertise in dermatology and takes time to listen to patients' needs and serves her patients with amazing care. The staff is also well-trained, kind, caring, experienced and very efficient, all with smiles to greet you! My family has been going to Dr. Solomon for many years with great results and we highly recommend her!

They took care of me and I walked out with confidence that my medical needs will be figured out, a tiny bandage from my procedure and confidence that what comes next will all be ok! Update; was seen by Kim NP today for my roseca. She was very patient and took the time to provide patient support and education. I appreciated that fact that patient providers in this office go the extra distance to insure that quality care is provided.

I have been seen at Preston dermatology for both medical and cosmetic services. I have found the staff to be pleasant, helpful and informative. I find that one can spend a bit longer at a doctors office than expected, but then I think of the extra time that Dr. Solomon is spending with me, making sure that I have the information I need to understand my condition, that I’m comfortable with my treatment options and that all my questions, big and small are answered well that time adds up and I for one don’t want to be the patient that is rushed. If you want quality treatment then come to Preston.

Preston Dermatology was amazing with my daughter - we got in quickly, she was treated like a Princess and treated so well by everyone involved - from scheduling to treatment, we had a great experience!

Dr Solomon and her staff were fantastic. My parents have been seeing her for years and I am glad I am too. The office is clean and very nice. She has an excellent bedside manor.

I love going to see Dr. Solomon, and it is always a positive experience being cared for by her. It is easy to get an appointment, and she goes above and beyond to give you the very best care. At my first appointment with her a few years ago, she literally saved me from a terrible and painful situation and did everything under the sun to help the problem go away quickly, and it resolved right away! I was so impressed with her. I have been there a number of times since then and was just there this week. I don't plan to ever go to another dermatologist. She is in Cary, and I am all the way in Wake Forest, but it is well worth the trip. Thank you, Dr. Solomon!
