Quality Equipment

We just had our x300 John Deere serviced at Quality Equipment in Knightdale. In the past we bought parts from them. But this time we had a lot of work to do, since our mower is about 16 years old. I spoke with Michelle on the phone and then later on Doug called me to give me the estimate. I also got the winter service, and that gave us a discount on the towing. We really use our mower a lot, since we have a wooded lot, with lots of leaves. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful, with great customer service, including the driver who came out to pick it up and drop it off. They got the mower back to us in a very quick time, it's running great. We had a lot that needed to be done, and I thought the price was reasonable. The team at Quality Equipment sure lives up to their name...Quality. Very pleased. Thank you to all at Quality Equipment!

Excellent customer service, good selection of products and really nice folks to do business with. So glad I found this place!

Have limited experiences with them but so far pleased. Large lot for equipment drop off, easy ingress and egress from the site, and fast turnaround on repairs. Our repairs have been minor thus far but have been fixed first time. Shop is large with multiple techs. Cannot judge on prices yet. So far so good. Past experience with JD parts is that they are green for a reason.
LOL. If you have JD equipment highly recommend.

They were really helpful, and had the parts I needed. Woodson and everyone else at parts is phneomenal. Service department is great as well, along with the receptionist. The sales department is good as well, including Scott, after we set aside our differences.

Called these guys and told them I had an oil leak and could they diagnose. The $85 pickup/delivery fee and the diagnostic fee were clearly explained by Michelle in the Service Dept. I was told they were a week or so out on looking at it, but I received a call 2 days later with the issue at hand, an estimate of cost, etc. I requested the yearly maintenance package, which I feel is comprehensive for the expense. Other things were found to be worn and in need of repair/ replacement. It’s an 18 year old mower, so I wasn’t shocked by anything. Overall, my experience was exceptional from
the minute I called to the minute I received the mower back. My 18 year old mower looks brand new as they even washed it! Thank you Kenny, Michelle, and the mechanic I spoke to. They made me feel like family and will definitely see my business in the future!

Consistently have the parts I need. Parts guy (maybe new) told me what a great deal I was getting: it was on "sale." I told him it was the same price it was last year, he goes "it was on sale then too!" I'll eventually buy a new mower from them.

The guys working in the parts department were awesome this morning. I had my toddler with me and the three gentlemen helped gather the parts I needed for my lawn mower. I’m glad I chose to go here instead of the box stores. Thank you for the help.

We depend on QE for great service maintenance on our ride-on John Deere. They also have great sales people!!!! Love their tractors.

My family and I live in Knightdale, NC, and were preparing for the hurricane. We had a generator that was practically new, but was back from Hurricane Sandy, and was not functioning properly. I tried to get it started, but no luck. I called around and was getting worried. The storm was coming. Finally I called these guys and they said to bring it in. Very courteous, even to my multiple phone calls of inquiry the following day (hey, I was worried about the storm). They got me back up and running and didn't overcharge, all with a smile and the kindness of the heart. Great people. Thanks guys!

I absolutely love this place! Not only are the guys up there extremely funny but they also have a massive extent of knowledge when it comes to any questions you can possibly throw at them and aspects of this field they're helpful kind funny and make your whole experience at their store one to remember.

I thought it was a tractor dealer. It is a John Deere store. People are nice there. They answered all my questions on a lawn mower.
