Hephzibah Baptist Church

I've been coming here for a few years. I'm not super social by choice, but my interactions with the people have always been kind. The message is relateable, it just incorporates into my life. The pastor has genuine care for the people. If you're looking for a place to worship, that's not afraid to preach the truth from the bible ... that doesn't sugar coat sins to fit into todays pop culture. Come check it out. There's 2 services and plenty of seating. They have a lot of accommodations for all ages 0-100. Jesus is Lord yall!

Pastor Aaron is amazing. A scholar and preacher! I always learn more about the Bible. I thank him for the compassion and care he extended to me and my family after the loss of my 91-yo father, a lifelong member of Hephzibah.

God is working all the time through this wonderful church

I was part of a search and rescue effort and we met at the church. The church was so good to us! They provided coffee, water, pizza, sausage biscuit! They made sure we were well taken care of and it was greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for your kindness!

At this time of year we all think about how GOD has blessed us. One of my greatest blessings is HBC!!! I have been blessed to be a member here since about 1998. My children were a part of a wonderful Children's Ministry here and in later years they participated in a wonderful Youth Program. All teaching and preaching is according to the truth of GOD'S Holy Word. You will not find a watered down GOSPEL at this church. I am challenged every week by the teaching and preaching to examine my heart and how GOD is working in my life. I am so grateful for the love and support that you get from the Pastor and Staff. I cannot imagine worshipping at any other church. If you do not have a home church then I pray that you consider coming here, as this church seeks to honor and share the Love of CHRIST in all that it does.

If you want a church that preaches and teaches the TRUTH and I mean the gospel truth to everyone then this is the place for you. I feel right at home here and I have been convicted, welcomed and transformed. I hope you will join us too!

HBC is the best church around
Love the people, the atmosphere people but most of all our pastor preaches it straight out of God's book. Just had the annual ladies retreat prayer brealfast. If you are in the Wendell area stop by and see us you will receive a blessing

Can't say enough great things about Hephzibah. Church members are friendly down-to-earth folks who love the Lord and the awesome pastors teach the Word of God as it should be taught, right from the Bible.

A church that loves Jesus! Kids and student ministry are excellent and my kids love going. Sense of community is special here for sure.

A wonderful place to worship, hear Biblical messages and connect with people you'll want to call friends.
