Greatest staff in any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. These people will bend over backwards to accommodate your Rx needs. I highly recommend anyone who is currently with a major chain pharmacy to give Moose a chance. I believe you will switch as quickly as I did.

Professional behavior. Rapid and accurate services. Thoughtful. Considerate. Just plain friendly providers. Wife and I went in for our second shingles shot. As with the first, it went quick, easy, and mostly painless. I highly recommend those local to Mount Pleasant, NC. make use of this important neighborhood resource.

I am a person who prefers certain brands of over the counter medications and when I couldn’t find it on the shelf and was about to leave Ashley, Leslie & Karen all helped me figure out which one I wanted and were able to get it to me next business day! I’m so glad they weren’t picky like I am. They also helped me transfer over my son’s medication from CVS so quickly and efficiently! Thank you Moose Pharmacy

Moose Pharmacy is always so professional and polite. I had to go pick up prescription for my mom that was not able to get out and get it, yes they do offer delivery locally but if I'm able to get it, I will so their time is freed up to do something else or help someone else that's needing delivery more than us. They have great prices, go above and beyond when prescriptions fall through the cracks with a doctor's office.

Love coming into the pharmacy , Leslie is always there to greet me with a Smile . They are always very good at answering all of my questions.If im not able to pick up my medications they always make sure they get delivered to me .

Joe, Ashley, and all the associates there are consumate professionals. Prescriptions never take longer than 15 minutes to fill, and checkout is always a breeze. Would so much rather give my business to Faulkner's Drugstore (now Moose Pharmacy) than Harris Teeter, CVS, or Walgreens. Love how they have hard to find items like Calmoseptine, and other items. Highly recommend Moose Pharmacy in Monroe. I actually drive by about four big store pharmacies to get to Moose just for their customer service.

As always, staff was congenial and professional. Many needed items can be found at this pharmacy unlike many chains. We are fortunate to have this local pharmacy!

I went there to get my shot, after talking with one of them and seeing how caring they were, I decided to see what kind of Pharmacy they were so checking in to see if they can't find my medicines in stock and they do I've decided to transfer.. they made it really easy they transferred all my medicines for me and I didn't have to do anything having them only 11 minutes from my house will really accommodate my time... Even after they transferred my medications they even gave me a call to let me know it was done and to let them know when I needed anything that meant a lot so thank you Moose Pharmacy

I had just gotten out of the hospital on Friday October 6th 2023 as soon as I had gotten a ride home which I had to use Uber to get home because I do not have a license to drive a motor vehicle I called the pharmacy to make sure that my medicine was going to be delivered and I was told yes because I told the guy who I talk to on the phone that I had no way of getting up there to get my medicine it was 5:42 p.m. on Friday October 6th when I called back up there because I have not seen a delivery person at my house the lady had told me that the delivery guy was gone for the weekend which means I get to sit here in pain for an entire weekend due to the fact that this pharmacy can't get anything straightened out and has no loyalty to their customers I'm 100% sure that I will be moving over to Amazon pharmacy I think they would be more reliable on delivering medicine than an actual pharmacy. (NEW Update ) As of Saturday October 7th 2023 @ 3:22 am I had to call for the ambulance again to come back to my house to take me back to the hospital now seeing that I didn't get my medication now my symptoms have started back up and I'm was told that it will be another 3-4 days before I get to go home when I do get to go home I will be contacting a lawyer to see if I can take legal action on Moose pharmacy

We were there for my oldest child’s vaccine appointment and my 2 year old needed to use the restroom. We are repeat costumers and the only person using the restroom was going to be my toddler.
The refused to let him and sent me running all the way down to tailgators in the rain with my two small children. I was not a customer of tailgators, today but I was of the pharmacy. Had this pandemic made us lose all of our humanity and empathy?
