I’m convinced this place is full of magicians! You can see the magic that was done at this very place in the pictures below! If you are like me, sometimes it’s hard to see the difference in the mirror and I’m ever so grateful for the before and after pictures taken by Alisa during my visit. I don’t know much about hair other than mine needs taming every once in a while, and Alisa always explains the process and answers all my questions! When she does hair she always puts in 100%! If you’re looking for a salon I have nothing negative to say about Element Salon, I always leave here feeling magical!

I can't say enough good things about Melinda! I've been going to her regularly for my cut, color and gloss treatments. I am always really happy with how my hair looks and her prices are very fair for the high quality.

Alisa has been my stylist for almost 20 years. From short and sassy to long and classy, she keeps me in gorgeous styles and colors. No matter if we try something new or freshen up the current look, she always guides me through what will work best for my hair type and how to maintain my style once I’m home.

Alisa stays current on latest trends, techniques, products, continuing education and loves mentoring new stylists. Whether you’re in the chair of Alisa or one of her associates, you’re in good hands. You will see excellent quality results at prices that will add a smile to your beautiful style.

Melinda is fantastic! She is one of the first people to pick up on what I really want with my color and haircut. In the past I haven’t enjoyed getting my hair colored because I never felt like anyone could understand what I wanted because I am not good at explaining. Now I book ahead and look forward to spending time with Melinda while she works her magic! My hair is hands down the healthiest it has been in many years. The vibe of the Elements Salon is spot on and everyone is welcoming and fun to be around!

Element salon is my go to ! The owner is absolutely amazing. Kayleigh was my stylist and worked her magic as usual ! I’m always so indecisive and they take time to listen to me and help guide me in the right direction. Couldn’t ask for a better salon, team of stylist and the atmosphere is always welcoming. After several bad salon experiences locally, I have found the ONE, 8 years & counting! Alisa, is super knowledgeable about what will work for me and how to approach it. She somehow camouflages my gray yet keeps it looking natural, while giving me a cut that makes me feel and look good even if I let it air dry wavy. She gets me and knows just what to do- I feel like she researches and is constantly finding the best products and techniques for me and all of her clients. There's a lot to be said about leaving the salon feeling like a million bucks every single time! Also, the new space is amazing and cannot wait to try the other services soon! I highly recommend Element and Alisa!

Erica was recommended by a friend as someone who does a fantastic job and is very reasonable in price. It’s been a while since I’ve gone to a salon, but I was thoroughly pleased with my first session with her! She took my former “box color” and did her magic, and my hair looks beautiful now! After living in the area for a year & trying 4 other salons, I found Element (& Alisa) & I'm so glad I did. The atmosphere is somehow both professional & relaxing & Alisa really knew what to do with my hair. She was a delight as a person, too. When she asked what brought me in, I told her the fantastic online reviews, and now I see exactly how Element earns them.

Melinda is a phenomenal hairstylist and so fun to talk to. She works around my cowlick to cut my bangs right, which is a feat in itself! I also love how meticulous she is with making highlights look natural. Great salon!

Alisa has been doing my hair for years and she does a great job. She takes time to listen to what I want and also gives me ideas when I come in with no idea what to do. The new space is so cute and cozy. Prices are super reasonable too! Highly recommend this salon!

Element Salon is hands down one of my most favorite places to visit! From the fun atmosphere to the relaxing shampoo and head massage the stylists know exactly what they’re doing! They just moved into a super cute new salon that somehow made my experience even better (who knew that was possible!? The water pressure is amazing)! I’m already wanting to come back and have my hair done again. ❤❤

Best salon in town! I’ve been to many different stylists over the years and Alisa is the best. She listens to what you want, but isn’t afraid of being creative and thinking “outside the box”. Each time I go, I am so impressed and always leave so happy! If you’re looking for a new stylist, call them!! You will not be disappointed.

I came to see Melinda for a dry curl cut and she DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I’ve had lots of curl cuts over the years and I don’t always walk away feeling like the curls lay the way I needed them to - but with her, it turned out AMAZING! I wanted layers & body & what’s what I got! I definitely recommend Melina for those curl patterns with a little more kink and for her comforting & sweet customer service 🤎

I have been going to Alisa and Element Salon for many many years! You can't beat the quality, expertise and price. I moved away years ago to Cary - but still drive back to Garner because I know Alisa will deliver and I love the vibe of the salon.
