Christine was very helpful in setting up estimate and helping with flooring options that were in budget and style that we were looking for.

Once we decided, it was a quick turnaround time thankfully all our options were in stock. Sarah communicated well as to when install would be and about how long it would take and the process.

The men arrived the day they were scheduled to the minute. They worked efficiently and cleaned very well behind themselves.

We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the amazing communication with staff, and overall an extremely pleasant experience.

We were looking for luxury vinyl tile for our kitchen remodel. We were disappointed with the selection at Lowe’s, Home Depot, and LL Flooring. Having seen their billboard on I-40 we decided to give Burch Brothers Flooring a try. The selection was phenomenal and Christine was very patient and extremely helpful! The installers arrived on time, were very professional, and made quick work of the project! They even took a door off the hinges and rehung it after my husband trimmed off the bottom so it wouldn’t damage my new floors. They cleaned up after the install and took the scraps and trash with them. We are more than pleased with the entire process from start to finish! We try to shop local whenever possible and are very glad we found our new local flooring store in Burch Brothers!

I’m in awe not only with my new flooring, but their professionalism and speed at which they installed it was incredible! I can be a nitpicker, but I found nothing to complain about. EVERYONE at this place is top notch!

I absolutely LOVE Burch Brothers Flooring!!! When I called to make an appointment to have someone measure, Christine asked me about what colors I was looking for and then had Josh come out with several samples which were spot on. She listened to everything I said and Josh was extremely polite and answered all my questions I had. I got my estimate several days later only because I had a few different quotes that I was requesting. After I received my quotes and reviewed them against other companies, I decided to go with Burch Brothers because of their excellent customer service and their amazing reviews! I have to say that I am so glad that I did. I absolutely love my new floors and cannot wait to show and tell everyone!!!

I had received several flooring estimates and was almost stuck using an installer (with a bad reputation) from a big box retailer. Last moment- I pulled out of that deal and found Burch Brothers. From start to finish, they were an answer to my prayers. Christine, Joshua and the installation team were absolutely amazing! They were so kind, professional and genuine. They met my every need and exceeded my expectations. I will continue to use Burch Brothers for my future plans and I have no intention of using anyone else! We used Burch Brothers Flooring to install carpet in our house and they did a great job! Sarah was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Their facility was an hour away from us, however, she came in on a Saturday to work around our schedule which I really appreciated and she was very honest and transparent with her advice about helping us to choose the right carpet. She also agreed to splitting up the installment dates to give us plenty of time to move our furniture around (for a small fee) which was so helpful. They were having a 20% discount deal at time, as well, which really helped with the price! The new carpet quality is amazing and gives our rooms a whole new makeover!

Burch Brothers Flooring is the absolute best!! I stopped into the showroom a few weeks ago after reading their reviews and I am so glad that I did. The girls helped me pick out my colors and showed me tons of choices within my budget, they are so knowledgeable about all the flooring products. I had so many questions and they were so friendly, helpful and patient with me as I was trying to decide and going back and forth. After I came to the final decision on my flooring choice, I received my estimate in just a couple days. My floors are perfect! The installers came out and did a really great job, they were professional and courteous, and they kept the area so clean as they worked, they even vacuumed the carpet when they were finished! Everyone at this company went above and being for me and I am so thankful! I will never use another company for my flooring again! Burch Brothers Flooring has a customer for life. This company is without a doubt one of the best flooring companies I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. From the moment that I called the store to make the appointment, to having the estimator come out on a Tuesday afternoon and do the measuring and then I went to the showroom on Friday where I meet the wonderful sales associates, Sarah and Christine, they helped me pick the most beautiful floor and they kept me within my budget! Once I chose my flooring, I had my estimates to me by Monday afternoon. I quickly paid the deposit and within 3 weeks I had my beautiful new floors installed by Martine and his guys. When I am ready to the upstairs, I will definitely be using Burch Brothers Flooring! Thank you to everyone and thank you for making this an easy process from start to finish!!!!

We had LVP installed on top of existing hardwoods by Burch Brothers and I can’t recommend them enough. Our entire experience was smooth sailing, from the material selection at the showroom to quoting to install. Christine was a huge help during the selection process; her knowledge and patience really made us feel like we were choosing a great product and company. We recently had Burch Brothers Flooring replace our carpet and vinyl flooring.They did an excellent job from start to finish. Their knowledgeable staff helped us pick out the flooring that would best fit our needs. We have pets. So Christine recommended "The Pet Collection" by Shaw Carpets. It is amazing! It cleans up very easily leaving no sign of a stain! We had a very specific time frame in mind for the installation. Sarah worked with us and made it happen. She answered every question we had and helped us all the way through the process. We love our new flooring and we highly recommend Birch Brothers Flooring to anyone thinking of replacing their flooring. You won't regret it!

We had 3 bedrooms, family room and an office redone with LVP. Burch Bros came out quickly for measurements so we could get an estimate. On installation day the team was very prompt, professional and so fast! They paid close attention to detail and were very thorough in cleaning up. One of the most professional companies ever worked with. They came in after a horrible flooring company had destroyed the floors in our building. They were courteous and helpful guaranteed the work. We run a busy clinical schedule and they were able to take care of our building over two weekends without interfering with clinical operations.
