Fantastic place and fantastic hosts! Eric and Victoria have created an amazing oasis in Pittsboro. Amazing breakfast and easy walk to downtown. If you get a chance, attend one of their wine dinners and spend the night! Highly recommend!

Perfectly situated within walking distance of downtown, this Bed and Breakfast is perfect. The hospitality that the owners show is warming and they go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Nothing beats sitting on the porch swing on a warm night. Ask about Colin's eggs as well! You won't be disappointed.

I stayed here with my husband for my birthday. We were there on a weeknight, and it just so happened that we had the house to ourselves. It was quiet, very very clean, there is so much character in the home (it's a 99 year old home) and it is evident that it has been well cared and restored over the years. We had wonderful service, but tons of privacy. The food was delicious. They have tea and coffee available 24 hours upstairs at the hall table. An electric tea kettle and a Keurig machine. Details were not ignored as there was creamer and sugar. I panicked when I realized I forgot to bring something to help with makeup removal but to my delight there were cotton balls and a makeup removing towelette in the bathroom. It is clear that lots of thought has been put into the details which is what hospitality is all about! We stayed in The Nest which was a wonderful and cozy room and included a claw foot tub in the bathroom. I enjoyed a bath, and they had even provided bath salts for my use. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience. The room was well appointed and the breakfast was delicious. We will be returning next year for the Chatham County Ag Fair and will definitely be booking our stay here!

We love to stay at B & B's when we travel. We were in town for a wedding weekend & our friends arranged for us to stay here. It couldn't have been more perfect! Our room was ready when we arrived and it was lovely. Breakfast this next morning was prepared by the owner Eric & not only was it delicious but we had a chance to chat with him & find out more about the town. Definitely one of the top B & B's we have visited & we most certainly will be back! Thanks, too to our great server, Colin this morning. It's walking distance to some great little shops.

We were already on the road when we found this place. We called and they had us set up by the time we got there 5 minutes later. It is a beautiful area, within minutes of restaurants and a gas station and Walgreen's. Everything was extremely clean, tidy, and we'll stocked. We loved our room, the Monarch. It had huge windows that let in plenty of light. We found the beds were quite comfy with enough blankets. We also had a thermostat we could control. I took a very long hot shower and loved the bathroom. We had been greeted warmly and were given hot tea and snacks and water for the room. In the morning, we were made breakfast at the time of our choosing. The host was incredibly sweet and made sure we had everything we could possibly need throuout our stay. We are so thankful that we stayed here instead of a regular hotel for a similar price. It made a necessary quick overnight stay memorable and has encouraged us to find a reason to come back to this area again.

A perfect getaway - even during a pandemic. My wife and I needed a little time away during this stressful time and 458 West was wonderful. The hosts were very accommodating, everything was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the enormous front porch (with rocking chairs and a swing) was the perfect spot to watch the lighting bugs at dusk and enjoy some hot coffee at dawn. We highly recommend!

The Inn Keepers are a joy to speak with. The B&B is impeccably kept. Comfortable bed & beautifully decorated. We loved sitting on the front porch enjoying the porch swing. The breakfast we had each morning was delicious. Definitely a place we will be staying again when in the area.

Charming Inn tucked in the heart of Pittsboro. We only spent 1 night but will definitely be returning. The Nest room was gorgeous and just like home. Convenient walk downtown to dinner and shops. Beautiful front porch for sitting in the swing and drinking coffee. Breakfast was outstanding. Book your stay today! Highly recommend!

Wonderful clean place with delicious food. Service and hospitality was amazing.

We had a short, 1 night stay at this B n B. The house was charming! It is exceptionally clean and quaint and the breakfast was delicious. We had a very restful night of sleep; it was cozy, quiet and the bed in the West Wing room was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here about a month ago and it was perfect. We stayed at the same time as one of the previous reviewers, and found that during breakfast the most unpleasant part was listening to the guest complain about her dinner the previous night, the inn, several other things and just seemed not satisfied in general. The inn was quiet, very clean and the Nest room was very luxurious!! The breakfast was also tastey and the staff all very friendly. We loved our stay.

The room was both ornate and tasteful. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was simply delicious! The hosts were so friendly and accommodating as well. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I love the opportunity to go to a Bed and Breakfast. Because we are a.) adventurous and b.) go so rarely, we usually like to try new ones. Not this year! Not when we had such a good time at 458 West last year! We are going to try a different room this year (for variety), but can't miss the chance to go again!

As a prior reviewer said, the innkeepers, Cheryl and Houston are "gracious, attentive and love what they do." The breakfast was delicious and our time there was so relaxing.

[Oh, and my wife and I are *slighty* neat/clean freaks (and by the fact that I'm admitting it, you know that slightly is understated ;)). No issues with this place, as it was very clean and orderly and decorated beautifully. The last thing you want to do when going to a B&B is wonder if it's clean! You won't have to wonder at 458 West :) ]

458 West is my go-to when I visit Pittsboro. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the showers hot with good water pressure, and the breakfast... The breakfast is always excellent. The innkeepers and staff are friendly and accommodating. Dinner and drinks are a short walk away.

Oh, my.... The wide front porch alone would entice me back. I stayed in the lovely Monarch room. The bed was comfortable, and the furnishings homey. I never did figure out how to work the TV, but quickly discovered it was unnecessary. Two nights, and even better, two mornings, enjoying the quiet of that marvelous wide porch. I didn't want to leave. ❤
