Dunkin'

They don't bake their doughnuts here. So you can not use the ordering computer because whatever you see in the computer it might not be available. I don't get why they put that self service ordering thing there, it's useless! Other than that, nice and friendly staff. The ambience is pretty. There is an ice cream shop next to it, so that was cool too. Free wifi as well, and they offer drive through. There are also a lot of stores l, restaurants, shopping centers close to the area. The goodwill is next to it too. The outdoor seating area is great as well.

Really love this location. Drive thru is efficient, coffee is always fresh, service is usually friendly- minus one employee but I don’t let it hinder my experience because the rest of the team is awesome. Clean inside and well stocked. The baskin experience is just as good! Not melted, clean cases including the glass. I like that the owner is active in business as well as the manager.

It was a very busy day at Dunkin, seemed as the crew wasn't working as a team.

Gave this place a second chance. Last time my shake was mostly milk. I could barely taste the ice cream or find evidence that it was chocolate chip cookie dough anything. This time, though! My shake was so thick and flavorful. It was perfect!

The literal best dunkin within 100 miles. Always gets my order right, and the employees are the kindest and sweetest souls. I’ve always had an issue at other coffee chains with dairy being added to my non-dairy orders, but this location always honors my order to a tee and I’ve never had an issue with my dietary needs here!

We were visiting family out of town and we stopped here to get some ice cream. It was good and the workers were nice and the kids were happy.

There was quite a long wait in the drive thru despite ordering ahead. But the staff was very pleasant and the items were delicious. They tend to be short-staffed quite a bit. The company should offer their employees more so people want to work there and stay. Otherwise, the good ones that do stay get slammed, angry customers, and lower stars.

I stopped by this location soon as I got to town. I was in need for a Cold Brew coffee...And the young lady that took my order was GREAT...PLUS when I got to the window, I was greeted by twins. Customer Service is everything to me. So PAYTON is the best, and my COFFEE was great also... I'm from Fayetteville but I no longer live here. But when I come back to visit my parents I will DEFINITELY COME TO THIS LOCATION 💯!!!!

The food and drinks have always been delicious. Ordering through drive thru is subpar. I've only used it twice and both times, they forgot to put in an item. No worries, just ordered at the window, just felt bad for the people behind me who had to wait a little longer. They also were always apologetic and kind about it. Great customer service too.

Every time we have gone to the Baskin Robbins here we have been served by cheery, confident, friendly staff. The place is clean, smells enticing and the staff makes this one of our favorite ice cream shops in town.

I really like this Dunkin Donuts location. I've been a few times, and wanted to write a review once I'd gone a couple times. I've gone inside, and through the drive thru, and both were good experiences. My order was correct, and my food and coffee ☕ was hot! 😁

The filled in Donuts are good; doesn't taste fresh dough; I bought them in two different occasions and they were not fresh at all. Kids liked the ice cream.

They gave us all are food and they was really nice

Great fast service!!! This is the best Dunkin' donuts to go to in Fayetteville!!! Top store hands down, Everytime I come they are so nice and make sure I have my bacon cheese croissant and pumpkin spice drink by the time I turn back around!!

Best iced caramel macchiato. Mcdonalds comes in second because their portions are too small. Always ask for extra flavor. Love the doughnuts too

Tyrone is the most wonderful Barrista. He makes this location a destination it's clean and friendly and Tyrone makes the best drinks other locations could learn from this one

So I’m doing a re-review after a management change over and this place is great. I love that we can come and hang out and relax after a long day. Great customer service and generally nice people. Love this place! Keep up the good work!

Great coffee deep aroma not a burnt scent like Starbucks and you don't have to be gay like Starbucks to work there

Fast and friendly service.. not always fast however things are made to order so the wait is expected most days. Lower cost for portion size than Starbucks.
