True Food Kitchen

Alex was an amazing server. This was my first time trying True Food Kitchen and he was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the food on the menu. He even showed me pictures of each food I inquired about on his phone. This was a plus for me because I am visual person. The food came out quicker and was fresh! The food was top tier and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I highly recommend checking this restaurant out. I will be back again and again!

Alex was a kind, knowledgeable and attentive server! He’s very enthusiastic, which is impressive at 8:30 at night on a Thursday. He walked me through the menu, and made helpful recommendations. There was one other server who I didn’t catch the name of, but she was very sweet in bringing me my entree and getting me water and silverware!

The food was great! I got the meatloaf, side salad, and colossal cookie. They were all very yummy, and it was a good portion size and value (this cookie is in fact colossal, I still ate it up tho). I really like the vibe of the place too! Really nice and open interior, you can see the kitchen, and the staff are very friendly with each other which I love! If I was an Atlanta local, I’d definitely come back to this spot.

There's a reason this eatery has almost all 5-star reviews. Naomi was our server and she gave us great recommendations. After that, there was no wait and the atmosphere was worth eating in, just like we planned. The juice selection tops off a great dining experience. We traveled here for work and wanted to stay healthy for our evening meal. Thanks to True Food Kitchen, we did good. YOU did good, and thanks for a great dining experience with great food!

Alex was the best server. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining the menu as I was new to the restaurant. I truly felt at home. Martin also did an exceptional job in making sure I was comfortable. I dined alone but did not feel alone. They checked on me often. One of the best dining experiences I've had in a very long time.

Alex- made some amazing recommendations. The food was amazing. He did a great job and explaining how some of the food was made awesome presentation. Friendly person kept checking to see if we were OK. I made some recommendations of some drinks that were superb. I will definitely come here again. He’s definitely a great addition to the true food kitchen team.

As soon as you walk into the doors you are met with the contagious positive energy of all the staff. Alex was our server and we could not have asked for a better one, we let him know it was our first time after her so kindly asked and then took the time to make recommendations and tell us a little bit more about the place. We were told everything is made fresh and the proof was right behind which we were able to taste it too once our wonderful food came out.

First time here. I absolutely recommend the pizza! We ordered one to act as an app and it did not disappoint. Please get it with the ranch! My wife normally eats at the TruKitchen in NOLA and she says it is just as great. I enjoyed the blackened salmon. There is free parking available right in front.

A clean culinary delight. The food was quite tasty and delicious. The food is made with clean ingredients. If you are vegan, vegetarian or a meat eater, there's something on the menu for you. And no sodas. Love it.

I love the variety of options in their menu and the atmosphere of this place. It isn’t cramped like a lot of places are and the ambience fits well with a day in Buckhead. Being a pescatarian, Atlanta sometimes feels short to offer options.

Alex was an amazing server. He was attentive, detail oriented, fast, friendly and he made us feel comfortable. The chicken bowl had a burned taste to it which was unusual because I’ve had it before and it was great, so Alex decided not to charge us for it. He Excellent customer service. My friends and I came here for lunch and we enjoyed most of the foods. We tried many of the dishes on the menu including the breakfast tower. We enjoyed most of what was on there. It’s a great way to try different dishes on the menu without ordering full portions. My kids enjoyed the steak and egg burritos and the pancakes. The green juice was also refreshing.

What a fun experience. Stopped by for quick dinner. Alex, our waiter, made the evening extra special. Ordered fresh squeezed juices and a pizza starter after seeing his videos and hearing his suggestions. His recommendations were so on target that we followed dinner with dessert to-go based on his recommendation. We appreciate that the menu has a lot of vegan and organic options. Love that the restaurant is trying to remove seed oils. Decided we are coming back tomorrow because we couldn’t order everything we wanted to try in one sitting! Outstanding service and food! I came here on my birthday for a quick bite and it was great. I’m not really into quinoa, but the wild quinoa was cooked and seasoned well enough that I enjoyed The fact that I liked it is a testament to how well the dish was put together. The tuna was also yummy and the little dumplings were delicious. I also had some fruit juice that was great. The waiter made the experience even more enjoyable. He recommended things to me and just had great energy overall. I’d definitely return because of the healthy and yummy food.

True Food Kitchen offers delicious and nutritious dishes in a modern, inviting atmosphere. During my visit, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by my server Ricara. She was not only attentive but also offered superb recommendations, enhancing my dining experience. From guiding me through the menu to suggesting the perfect dishes, her expertise made the meal memorable. I give the food , hospitality from our server and experience an overall 5 star. True Food Kitchen is a must-visit for great food and outstanding service.

Okay... we are complicated with a family of mixed food intolerance, and we can eat here. That gets True Food Kitchen a few stars all by itself. The server (Kapone) was amazing and even brought us photos of a few ingredient labels, gave great suggestions, and was super friendly. I have intolerances to soy, peanut, and dairy... my 5-yo girl had intolerances to wheat, dairy, egg and peanut. We are sharing her FIRST PIZZA since we discovered her issues a few weeks ago. I am thrilled at this find, and would be whether had these issues or not. Highly recommend! And thank you.

Our vegan family of 4 moved to the Atlanta area 2 years ago and True Food Kitchen has been on our list of restaurants we wanted to try for a long time. Tonight was finally the perfect occasion, after a beautiful day of biking on trails and building up a big appetite. We sat outside and our wonderful server, Alex, made some great suggestions and took our order quickly. We decided to order a variety of small plates and entrees so that we could all taste lots of different things. Highlights were the cauliflower appetizer with dates and pistachios, the mushroom/spinach pizza with lemon almond ricotta, and the vegan burger. Overall, this was one of the best meals we’ve had in Atlanta and we will definitely be back. I also really enjoyed trading vegan info with Alex who told us he has been vegan for 9 years and had lots of food/website/video recommendations for us. Fantastic experience!

My experience here is always top notch. I often sit at the bar due to the super bubbly and attentive bartender, Ciara. My food is always fresh and tasty, and she makes the best recommendations. The drinks are also stellar. Everything comes out nice and quick and I’m never left waiting. Superb experience every time! 5 stars.

I celebrated my birthday with a friend at True Food... If Icould give this jewel of a restaurant "6" stars... I would!

When you hear "it's healthy food" you may be inclined to take a step back. I am here to tell you to take a step forward! True Food has created an entire atmosphere centralized around great food, excellent service, and a comfortable ambiance!

For the food, I highly recommend anything on the menu with butternut squash or avocados! (Trust me, you won't be disappointed)!

The only drawback for this location is parking when it gets busy! BUT, that doesn't speak to the quality of True Food's effort to serve you the best food available with stellar service from the time you arrive until the moment you leave!

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and while I am often skeptical of new restaurant experiences, this place did not disappoint! We were seated promptly and met with with most bubbly and fun personality by the name of Terrell! He was such an amazing spirit and made sure we had everything we needed and even made great suggestions from the menu. We sat outside and enjoyed the light breeze and Terrell made sure we were comfortable. I will be returning but they have to make sure I get him as my server again!

I've had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant around 20 times, and I'm finally writing a review to express just how much I love this place--it's undoubtedly my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. On my most recent visit, I was fortunate to have Kira as my waiter, and I was truly blown away by her service. She is exceptional in every way--attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. If you have the opportunity to dine here, I highly recommend asking for Kira. She truly elevates the dining experience to a whole new level. This restaurant consistently delivers excellence, and Kira is a shining example of that.
