DJ was great. We were tired and needed bed sets for our kids who were coming for the first time in awhile to see us and we wanted to make their room nice for them so we needed beds immediately and the store we were trying to get to closed on us so we found this American Freight close by and from the moment we walked in DJ made our experience easy and we were able to purchase beds and a chest in less than 45 min. We really appreciate it DJ.

I called inquiring about a dryer which Gene reassured me they had. I came to the store and he assisted me in effortlessly purchasing the dryer. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

I bought a couch set back in February with the help of Gene. He called different store locations just so I could receive all my pieces at one time even if the pieces were coming from different locations. With that said once delivered the loveseat piece did not have a functioning recliner on one side. I went through the manufacturer warranty and was granted a new piece but no locations had it in stock for about a month. Gene went ahead and called each store each week for me until a loveseat was in stock at the Norcross location and I was able to receive my new couch replacement. I'm grateful Gene stayed persistent with this because it was a frustrating month but I ended up a satisfied customer. Thanks again Gene!
