I recently visited this store to see the items that I’d been looking at online in person. I was greeted pretty much as soon as I entered by Ryan Michael. I showed him a picture of what I’d had my heart set on and he took me right to it. I found out that the sectional that I’d been looking at only came as right facing and I needed one that was left facing. 😞 But thankfully, Ryan able to show me other options that were similar that did indeed come as left facing. I left the store with pictures and options as well as a prepared online cart with all the options. I went home and slept on it and purchased my new couch and table online after editing the cart to fit my needs. 😁 I was so excited because the items were in stock and could have been delivered within 48 hours. My schedule did not slow that but less than a week later, my items were delivered. The delivery process was pretty much seamless as well. The two guys had my furniture up and ready in about 15 minutes and now I’m gitty with excitement about my new living room. I was super anxious about this big purchase but my in store experience was awesome and I couldn’t imagine another couch in the space because this couch is perfect! 😍

My husband and I went to this store looking for a new couch and gladly we’ve found Devin. He was so professional, nice and patient. He kindly showed us the best options that matched what we were thinking about, so we didn’t waist any time. We finally found our new couch and we’re SO happy! He also explained everything about insurance coverage, payment and answered our questions. Thanks Devin for the amazing customer service!!

My wife and I purchased a sofa from Rooms To Go in October 2023.

Our sales person, Oakley Bright, went over and above the call to duty. I can honestly say if it were not for Oakley, we would have more than likely purchased from a different retailer. But, fortunately Oakley was our initial contact, and made the whole buying, delivery, and post satisfaction process unbelievable.

Oakley’s professionalism and attention to detail far exceed any we have ever seen from a commissioned sales person. Most want to move on to the next customer and forget the past.

Months after our initial purchase, we had an issue of our causing, but Oakley made it his priority to solve our screw up. This is something I’ve never experienced from a sales professional - I actually have no words to explain how happy we are to have had Oakley as our representative.

We love Iman lovely spirit. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with our decision making process for purchasing what we wanted. She was our sell person for a sofa. We came back to her a few weeks later and purchased a bedroom set.

Iman our salesperson and Jennifer the store manager are fantastic. We spoke to Iman a few weeks ago and after shopping around decided to go back to Iman. Iman and Jennifer are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and stayed way beyond their store closing to assist us. I highly recommend this location and Iman. They will make sure you have what you need and leave satisfied.

I was seeking new furniture for the living room, specifically, a sectional couch that could withstand the brute force from an 8 and 9 year old boys. My boys and I were immediately warmly greeted by the sales associate Tony who quickly showed us exactly what I had in mind. He had me show him pictures of the living room space to determine the best fit. He even encouraged my boys to "flop" down on the couch like they normally would! We all voted and love the extra large sectional, pillows, and rug we chose which is due to arrive next week. I was amazed by Tony's expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail. He made sure that we were all pleased with the selection and the price was unbelievable!

My experience with rooms to go has always been pleasant, but today was an exceptionally pleasant visit. I walked in and I was greeted by a gentleman named Oakley. He wasn’t pushy just friendly. Told him what I was looking for he says walk around I did when I was ready I found Oakley he helped with the very smooth transaction. Tony was absolutely amazing! I showed him my new space via video and he knew exactly what size furniture would fit just by looking at the video. Ryan was helpful and provided me with enough information to make my decision without pressuring too much for additional sales. I walked into the store certain that I'd make a final decision another day, but I came out feeling informed and comfortable with my purchase.

• Devin is in the people business, and he just so happens to be selling the best furniture. He’s well knowledgeable on each product and truly engages in your likeness. While finding the best product for your home, he continues to converse with you about general information like professional background, education, family, etc …. You know he simply made the furniture buying experience smooth and comfortable. I NEVER felt pressured. This company should go above and beyond to keep him happy because it’s clear HE CAN TAKE OVER!

Devon was EXTREMELY helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted down to measurements. He explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable and professional. He’s very experienced so we weren’t wasting our time.

I had the pleasure of shopping at Rooms To Go Monday, Dec 4 ‘22.
I pretty much had all the items I wanted in my cart prior to visiting as I didn’t want to spend hours trying to figure out what I wanted. I was greeted by Shawn Warren one of the sales person on the floor. Mr. Warren proceeded to show me every item in my cart and made sure it was what I wanted. I ultimately decided to change the 8X10 carpet for the one he recommended and it’s perfect! Everything went smooth. No hassles, switch and bait or run around. Order was placed that Monday and I received everything I ordered Friday, Dec 8 at 11:30. Driver called 30 minutes before he arrived to make sure of the address. Once furniture arrived, both gentlemen proceeded to unload about 8 items in boxes. After they got to my apartment they then proceeded to unbox, unwrap and assemble everything and I do mean everything! Sofa, tables, bed, carpet all were assembled to my amazement. Afterwards, they cleaned up, took every box each item came in and made sure I was satisfied. Indeed I was to say the least. If you’re looking for furniture for the holidays or just need to replace a few items go on down to Rooms To Go on Peachtree RD NE and ask for Shawn Warren. He’s a pleasure to work with and will make sure your needs are met.

Great experience at this location. Tony helped me choose the best living options and Kim helped get the delivery set up. Both were very knowledgeable and showed excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Rooms to Go - Buckhead.

My husband and I were looking for recliners. Tony was very helpful. He greeted us as soon as we walked through the doors and showed us the best options for recliners and also some options online. He made the process quick and easy.

Ken was AMAZING ! I went in with a difficult request of needing a sectional sofa by the next day under $2000. The cost was no problem, the problem was needing a couch by the next day. Ken listened to what I was needing/wanting and helped me figure out which sofas were available for NDD. After 30 minutes we had found a sofa I was in love with and helped me work out a delivery plan. He was personable and understanding and took a lot of my stress away as he handled everything and talked me through the process. 10/10 customer experience and prices. Will be returning for future furniture!
