Came here to say for their wedding registry event! Loved that they had this event to help newly engaged couples to navigate what to do with their registries! All the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable on everything from tableware to bedding.
This event started before the store officially opened so that very helpful to get individual attention and time and space to move around to pick up all the glasses and silverware and things one must put on their registry.

They had us try a Nespresso maker, and there was a Shun knife demo. They also had OJ and lite snacks at the event too which made it very welcoming

I came in today looking for ideas. Gloria introduced me to Sonia the furniture specialist. She is a god send. She was so patient and kind with helping me today. I am an elderly lady, and to have that kind of patience and wonderful personality is rare. I love every piece she picked out for me to update my living room. If I can give her 10 stars I would and I am excited to work with her again. Great asset Crate and Barrel.

Came to exchange and replace items from my wedding registry. Gloria took care of everything I needed and was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and went out of her way make sure everything was packed securely.

I love shopping here. Staff is nice. Items rotate often enough not to be dull. The small kitchens items you need, but can never find are there.

If you are interested in buying any cookware at C&B, you need to talk to Miles. I had a lengthy conversation with him, and he provided a wealth of knowledge. He approached me and was very friendly and professional. Miles helped me to make the right choice on my Dutch oven purchase!

Very nice store but the true stars are the employees. Excellent customer service. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly, went out of their way to help me, and extremely knowledgeable about all products.

The customer service was on par. Military discount was without question. Selections were pricey but of good quality. They make gift giving a fun easy process. The only downside is the parking and unfortunately in Atlanta that’s not fixable.

Customer service is SPOT ON! I ordered plates online to be picked up at this store. I went in to pick up and while shopping they wrapped them up nice and tight and off home I went. When I got home I discovered they had given me the wrong dishes. I called and told them the situation (I live at least 35 minutes away) and they called me back within 10 minutes telling me they were shipping the new ones to me free of charge. They truly went out of their way to make everything right for me. In this day when customer service is very hard to find in retail, the team here gets an A+!

Great helpful and friendly Staff. Very knowledgeable on all products. Recommend getting the Crate and Barrel Master card. You build so many points. I used my points on a recent purchase of $240 and earned $80 for my next visit. Pleasant surprise they do military discount.

I use this store as inspiration to work harder becuase no matter how much money I make, I will always feel like I'll never make enough to afford anything here. 5/5.

Joseph Godfrey is THE MAN‼💜 This review is long overdue, but during the crazy week of Christmas, he was pleasant, kind, went out of his way to assist, and frankly, was the sole reason I spent money on 10 of the same item (herb scissors !) for gifts for members of my family! He managed to get me as many as I needed before Christmas! He is an amazing representative for C&B and their great stuff. I had, that very day, experienced some less than pleasant retail workers elsewhere, but I chalked it up to the crazy season. Joseph was a breath of fresh air! And my family loved their gifts!!

Miles at the Lenox Crate & Barrel was AMAZING!! He is a kitchen knife expert and stayed past his shift to help us!! A+++ Customer Service!

Gloria, Joe, and Susan were SO sweet and helpful when my fiancé and I were registering for wedding gifts today. Seriously the sweetest and most warm people! I walked out of the store and said, “I want to call mgmt and tell them how amazing their employee are.”

This review is in regards to Crate and Barrel Customer Service. I am always impressed with the call center associates who handle placing or handling any issues I have had with my orders. I have placed several calls within the past year, and every person I have talked with has been experienced, helpful, and attentive to fixing issues quickly. It’s so hard these days to find people who genuinely care about their work. You have a loyal customer for life! Thank you Crate and Barrel!

Crate and barrel is one of those stories you can actually find something you love on the shelf, purchase it, and take it home. It’s like going to an upscale target. I love that I don’t have to wait to enjoy my new purchase. Also here’s a little tidbit.
For items that the store doesn’t carry (like curtains) These items usually have a long ship time unless you purchase them the ship time is reduced significantly, so you’ll have to go through the process of purchasing the product to see the true ship date. Make sense?

I had a wonderful time selecting the furniture for my new house at Crate & Barrel. I made multiple visits and all of the salespeople were patient, took a personal interest and provided excellent advice. There was a problem while the custom pieces were being manufactured, and both the sales team and store management went above and beyond to quickly resolve the issue. So impressed with the staff at this store! Thanks to their help, I have a beautiful new living room!

Called the store yesterday to place an order for an item that was sold out online. Happy to find out I was able to have it shipped directly from the store. It took a little bit for them to get the items and I revived a call quickly in order to purchase. Even though it took some effort to get all things in order the cashier/floor person (Ernest I think?) did a really excellent job staying positive and professional. The package arrived today! So fast. I am very pleased and all items were in great shape. Would recommend
