My favorite place for furniture and home decor. I feel like the size/scale of the furniture is perfect for condo living, and they’re always forward-thinking on their urban styles, keeping up with the trends. They also have a great selection of faux plants, quality bedding, and random other home decor items.

Went to the Lenox location on a whim, found a small table that I liked but they were out of stock. Staff at Lenox calls Ponce City Market store and helps me place a pickup online. Great service #1. Proactively noticed I have my little one and offer curbside, even though I don’t believe they actually have normal curbside. Great service #2. Curbside would be a great call as my son fell asleep on the way to Ponce. Go to pick up and have some challenges parking but Jeni goes out of her way to make it happen for us (this for just a $100 table), then refuses gratuity. Great service #3. In a time when service standards have sharply declined, I’m thankful for Jeni and the West Elm teams in Atlanta.

Claire, was so wonderful to work with. She assisted in finding a rug as a Christmas gift. She went out of her way to provide me phone numbers to alternate stores and I was able to get the rug. I really appreciate her customer service!

My husband and I are downsizing and as a result we need new furniture that is smaller than what is in our current house. I really liked what I saw online from West Elm, so we took a day and drove to Atlanta to go to the West Elm store. The store is beautiful with a great selection - though it did remind me a bit of Pier 1 in its hay day. Service was excellent and we made several choices to share with our designer. Natalia, who helped us in the store, followed up with a call a few days later.

Jessica Figueroa was THE BEST!! She was so kind and very knowledgeable and also gave us great wedding inspiration ideas for our wedding! When you go into West Elm definitely ask for her. I hope the company knows what a great employee they have :)

I was needing online help. I received help from Lolly whom works at this Atlanta Georgia West Elm store (I live in a different state so I would not have had any reason to rate except for this interaction). She was so kind right off the bat and very helpful and even sent me pictures of an item they had that I was interested in. If I had an inquiry she answered it. What is inclining me to write this review is how kind she is and was with me when helping me. Even when I feel like I might be being difficult or asking too many questions Lolly never made me feel this way. The customer service and overall experience was 5 star worthy for my experience.

My experience buying a new bed frame and bedding at this West Elm store has been fantastic. From the moment I called to inquire about the bed I identified online, store employees were helpful and informative. When I visited the store to view the bed in person, Jenni already had my order prepared. Optimistic? Maybe, but it saved me time when I made the purchase. She also told me exactly how to get in touch with her directly if I had any issues. The order arrived in one week (two weeks earlier than expected). Furthermore, I've experienced the same high level of service in additional phone calls and return trips to purchase bed linens. So far, the PCM West Elm is exceeding my expectations and will be my store of choice whenever possible. Great customer service makes a loyalist out of me.

The employees always go above and beyond to help me. I cannot say enough good things about this store and its staff members. The furniture and accessories that I have purchased for use in my home and in my business has been top quality, stylish and well worth the price. Five stars all the way!!!

Fantastic service! The staff at this location are always willing to help in any way possible. I have called for help with specific furniture construction to finding the best deals. I’ve even had help matching wood colors and swatches. This location has paid parking as it is within the Ponce city market.

I enjoy West Elm's unique array of mid-centry modern furnishings. They are a little pricey on some items but they have some killer sales from time to time. The staff was helpful in locating some planters I saw on their website. The store was a little cramped but clean. There is plenty of parking.

Kim and carla showed the upmost customer service. Monday evening is a great time to go experience this store.

I visited this store several times this fall while purchasing a few large items. I was helped by Adair and Harris in resolving an issue with my one of my orders. The issue that I had was a bit frustrating at first but they were able to help me out with a solution that resolved the issue and left a great impression on me. I'll definitely be back and will be telling my friends as well.

Went to the Ponce Market West Elm store and ended up buying a dining room table and chairs. I really enjoyed the sales staff and their helpful and friendly attitudes. I really enjoy modern style furniture and was pleased with the prices, in comparison to most modern style furniture stores which seem generally overpriced for similar quality.

Besides loving their furniture. It’s decently priced for great quality. Michael is my guy at this store. He is absolutely amazing, he’s just as good as hiring an interior designer, BUT at the store for free! Yay! I appreciate people who love their job and kill it every day!

One of my favorite stores with a great location. The proximity to the beltline gives you multiple ways to access the store which is great! The staff can be somewhat elusive and hard to differentiate from customers. Once you distinguish the difference you are typically in good hands. The display furniture and accessories also makes for great inspiration.

We have had the best experience shopping at this West Elm, thanks to Michael. He has been a HUGE help in figuring out the best use of our space and the design pieces that will transform our living room. If you have any questions or need recommendations ask for him. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent experience at the store today. I called Richard because of some problems with an online order, and the PCM team had it fixed within the hour. Even though I prefer to shop online, I'll probably never spend another dollar on the west elm website, but I WILL come back to this great store.
