Merritt and his family/team have been providing personal insurance for me and my family for over three decades. Needless to say, they are like extended family.

Throughout my career, I've dealt with many people in the insurance industry. I can honestly say this team truly knows how to treat and watch out for their clients. They are just downright great people to know and work with.

I highly recommend this agency! I had the pleasure of speaking with Heather and Justin! Heather was very nice and professional while I was giving her my information! She told me the process step by step and what to expect when I revived a call back. When Justin followed up with the quote he was very knowledgeable, quick, and professional! He got exactly the coverage I needed! I couldn’t ask for better service!!

Recently I had the experience of working thru State Farm to have my roof replaced due to a hail storm. The roofing company contacted State Farm and worked out all the details at which time an inspector came to the house and examined the roof and said it would definitely need replacing. He immediately sent word back to me that State Farm would pay for the entire project plus the amount they stated was greater than I expected. Our roofer told me he would place a better shingle on my home as a result of the amount State Farm was paying me. Within just a few days I had the partial check from State Farm and the roofer proceeded to schedule a time to redo the roof. Immediately after the roof was completed, I had a State Farm representative contact me and told me how to go online and have the balance of the funds sent to my bank account. This was done overnight. I could not be happier with the way State Farm handled this entire roofing project from start to finish.

Merritt Massey and his associates (currently Justin Burch is assisting me) have been extremely helpful every since I began working with them. I'm confident they have my best interests in mind, for example recommending to me that I have my roof assessed for damage after a recent hailstorm. Very professional.

Katelynn has been so helpful in getting our new policies here in Milledgeville after our cross county move. Very responsive and efficient. Shortly after, we had a hail storm that damaged our roof and they were very kind and effective in getting our claim started. I recommend this agency highly!
