I don't usually make reviews but this staff is amazing and so sweet the food was awesome and the store clean. One of the workers has her daughter here and let me just say she is adorable and sweet and so well behaved compared to the McDonald's we went to a week ago where the managers 4 kids were running a muck love this location and will definitely come back and recommend 5 stars all the way

For this being one of two Mcdonalds in the area, I can definitely say that it has improved. Being that I visit often I notice the staff team changes frequently, so different personalities and customer service may fluctuate. However, like the old saying, "The customer is always right!' Being firm on your order, asking the right questions, and confirming at both windows usually makes you a satisfied customer in the end. However, if you're not, you can always request for a manager or if your items can be remade. If this doesn't work you have the right to ask for a refund and have the right to spend your allowance where you are appreciated. I hope this feedback helps for new and returning customers.

They were busy of course, but I heard one of the workers talking about my order which was for me, my kids, my husband, and one if his students. This man pitched a fit about how it was "too much", but yall want to get paid more. The food was great btw.

Best experience I've ever had at any place let alone McDonald's. The manager walked around and asked how everything was and is extremely polite . Great attitude and extremely kind. Best service ever !

I was just in there 5 minutes ago! Whoever was working July 22nd @ 5:30pm deserves a raise! Everyone I encountered had excellent customer service skills! 5 stars to the employees!

I must say this was the best experience I've ever had at McDonald's. The staff was amazing! We were greeted instantly and they even walked around checking on everyone. I'm blown away!

Today it was good. My food was hot, the sweet tea was fresh, the service was better and faster than normal, and I was inside all of 7 mins from ordering to getting back in my car to leave again.

Just used the curbside pick up for the first time on a busy Sunday Mother's Day morning. It was amazing! Placed our order at home, drove past a long line into the curbside pick up, checked in, received our order in seven minutes! Tiffany was great! Will definitely use it again!!

God Bless You All!!! How are you all doing? I'm doing good myself. Yes! my McDonald's trip was awesome. There was this man that was in the garbage/ trash can looking for food; at the gas station. I took it upon myself to buy him something to eat. I've been there before; being; hungry I mean. I never had to go through the garbage for food, but I just didn't have anything to cook for my children. Oh! My God someone gave us something to eat.The thing about my situation was; I was working at the time. Look! At God. Yes I've been visiting McDonald's quite a few times lately, just to get a (Big Mac) with extra (Mac Sauce). I've truly enjoyed them too. 😂😂😂 You all Be Blessed Now🙏🙏🙏

The fries were actually fried in fresh oil, and they were tasty like they used to be years ago. The chicken nuggets - for my children - were good because they were freshly cooked. Sometimes you don't know what you'll get from a McDonald's, but this one on Columbia in Milledgeville was a good one. Great food today y'all!

Friendly staff and very clean in the inside. Drive thru seems to move quickly and efficiently. Visited during dinner time which is usually a slower service time than lunch rush, but it still moved quickly.

This location we visited Jan 19 2019. Every one was courteous, professional.
We were greeted and our order was promptly placed via kiosk. The store was very clean. Food was hot and fresh.
I complimented the manager. She said she was there 3 months and turned it around. I had not been to this location before. But it is by far the most well run Mc Donalds I have been in.

Jessica was especially personable. The entire visit was pleasant and friendly.

The iced coffee was delicious. The happy meal was tasty!

Great food. Drive was crowded but got out quick.

Favorite place to get breakfast. I like the sausage mcgriddle with strawberry jelly. 😇💜💙
