They have decent enough clothes and shoes. Have good sales too. I do a lot of ordering online though cause they have better selection than in store.

Associates were friendly and ready to assist us today. Enjoyed the experience.

The lady at the Clinique counter in the evenings is awesome, always so helpful.

Really love shopping at belks my only problem is I can never find women's black work shorts or pants as I work at a car wash and need some I can wear a belt with that is below finger tips ... End up buying men's shorts and pants

Management and staff provided excellent customer service. They have a great sale on bedding saving me approximately 80% on my purchase.

The store was very clean and racks were well spaced this morning. Only one register open at 10:30A.M., but the store was not crowded. The Belk phone app has great discounts available. Shoppers should take advantage of this resource. Check out clerk was very pleasant!

Stopped in last night to browse and found some good deals in boys clothing. Staffing still seems thin but that’s everywhere right now. The temperature was very warm in the store and they had a big fan on in cosmetics; not sure if the problem lies with Belk, the mall owner or not being able to get what is needed for repair. Fans around the store tells me that management is aware of problem and is trying to help. For those who mentioned lack of cosmetics and perfume; they now have several Holiday gift sets out and Estée Lauder was in gift and appeared to have items available.

Always a great sale

Shopped here during the holidays. Didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but found some really great substitutions. Usually during holidays, stores are picked through with empty shelves and racks. Here they still had plenty of merchandise to choose from.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to shop for clothes. It has something for everyone in the family and usually has good sales especially during the holidays. I can not imagine black Friday shopping without stopping at a Belk. And Christmas just wouldn't be the same without going to pick up a Christmas sweater. Belk is an all around family oriented store with great variety and stupendous deals

Customer service is exceptionally good while still stores pricing is higher than it should be for foreign made clothing

I like shopping at Belks. They always have a good sale so you can always catch a deal. I also like that they honor their teacher discount that is given on Tuesday. Some places that claim to give discount to educators have so many stipulations on it like got to be teaching in 1st thru 12th or you got to be teaching college or your badge got to have certain words on it. Belks isn't like that at all. They honor their discount and I love it.

Had so many nice people help me! Catlin was super sweet, she definitely deserves some recognition!

Nadia, at the jewelry counter went way beyond to assist my Mother.. She was courteous and professional with great insight beyond her years. She need to be cloned.
