Went in looking for a Christmas gift. Everyone was super friendly and very very helpful. Just so much to choose from!! First time visiting since they moved out of the "Mall". New location is much better!!

All the staff was super friendly and nice, especially the cashier. I went in looking for a certain scented body spray but found a different one that is now my second favorite.

Friendly employees and great sales on different varieties wonderful scents that they offer.

Never, ever had a bad shopping experience here. The sales are great, the store is always organized well, and aside from being overpriced (which isn't this store, but the chain overall), in my opinion, it's a wonderful store. I'll definitely be back, and have been many times. So glad there's one of these locally. Really good option for quick gifts, especially if you catch a good sale, have a coupon, or are willing to spend a little more than usual.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. We were immediately greeted with a smile upon entry and was asked did we need any help. Very well stocked and clean store.

All I'm gonna is that I love smelling good! I always go when I need to replenish my perfume. Now they have the scented oils! I will definitely be back every time! And the staff is always attentive, helpful, cheerful, and kind.

He is infectious with his smile and loving personality!😍 We always shop here using our coupons and love the semi-annual event! Stocking up is so much fun. There is a fragrance for everyone here!💖

All the smells. All the smiles. Employees are super helpful (borderline too helpful because every single worker in there is gonna ask you if you need help). Always check for sales, because that's when you get the most out if your money. The 3 wick candles are sent from above. I mean really if you've never been to a Bath & Body you should go spend some money there and you'll be back...but beware but you can get addicted

Love the sales..like they have soap refill cartons.

It was my first time going to Bath & Body works I spent too much money but it was well worth it stuff in there is expensive but it is always something that you want especially being a woman you want everything in the store and I think for blessing me with the finances so I can get what I want sometimes right next we love this smell good

The staff is very nice and friendly. The store is well organized and set up. They have great sales. They even gave me samples of my favorite scents, lavender!

The experience was very pleasant.The Milledgeville branch has an employee,a young man with such a wonderful lively personality. I must say he was very helpful. This was one of my better visits to BB&W.
