Ordered Pickup via the website tonight for the first time.. the site was easy to use - had immediate access to coupons and deals and the order was ready within 30 mins as promised - got an email that the order would be delayed - but when I called in to see how delayed - Kyle (one of the most customers service oriented people I have had the pleasure of speaking with in a long time) assured me that the order would be ready and he came through.. will definitely use this service again in the future..

The pharmacist named Chi was very helpful and personable. Some of the Walgreens staff are unwelcoming and cold, but Chi was a breath of fresh air! He administered my flu shot today and made it as quick and painless as possible all while being warm and friendly!

I have done business with Walgreens on Columbia Road, MILLEDGEVILLE foe a number of months. I require a specific brand of medicine that many pharmacies said they could not order - or would not even try - they said the new health law did not allow it. But when I asked Walgreens here in town, they were more than happy to try to get it. They not only got it but they make sure it is there every month when I need it filled. Excellence in a world where many no longer can help or do not care to help. I recommend Walgreens and its staff to all.

ITS UNFORTUNATE HOW CUSTOMERS DON'T UNDERSTAND WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC, SHORT OF STAFF, AND WALGREENS STILL HAVE US DOING ALL THE SERVICES THAT IS OFFERED EVEN WITH SHORT STAFFED. I LOVE MY JOB AND ENJOY WHAT I DO. IM SO GRATEFUL FOR OUR NEW PHARMACY MANAGER VIRAL WHO HELP US TRY TO GET EVERYONE PRESCRIPTIONS DONE SO, THEY ARE NOT WAITING.

The best pharmacy their is. The people that work in the pharmacy are always willing to help you in any way they can!!

Staff goes out of its way to get you what you need when you need it. Excellent service, not found elsewhere.

They employees are very helpful and nice . The products that they sale are great too!

The staff are friendly, however I have ran into one person in the pharmacy that has a bad attitude. I'm not the type to act like that so I believe I don't deserve to be treated like that.
They do have a good selection of supplements some of them are pricey compared to other places but some prices are better.

When we first visited this Walgreens, we were pleasantly surprised at the friendly and helpful disposition of the staff; until Friday February 17, 2017 when the pharmacy Technician Mary-Ann glaringly took my prescription! She was mean, uncaring, curt, and barely able to contain her disdain for helping me. I just had a tooth pulled, was crying and in pain, but Mary-Ann had no compassion for my situation. Well Mary-Ann, the day you are in need of some compassion, I hope you have someone uncaring and mean taking care of you! As a pharmacy Technician kindness should come naturally, maybe you'll learn that then. I would have gladly given this Walgreens 5 stars...if it wasn't for the pharmacy Technician; Mary-Ann!

For a pharmacy they sure don't ever have my prescription. Or a decent attitude. I have epilepsy and need my medicine to function.

The pharmacy department staff here is very nice and helpful, but it takes them forever to pick up the phone. They pick up and then put you back on hold. I just called and have literally been on hold for over 16 minutes and haven't talked to anyone yet. No one even bothered to pick up and say "Hey, we will be right with you". Maybe it's just me, but that is the least you could do, backed up or not. I will be switching pharmacies; it is just unacceptable, and this is not the 1st time I have ran into this problem at this location.

I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS. The most incompetent, RUDE, ignorant, and emotionless group of pharmacists I have EVER seen. I don’t see how this pharmacy remains open with the mess that they are. For one, every time I go in there there’s a new pharmacist, never ever do any of them show ONE SINGLE OUNCE OF COMPASSION. Guess they don’t teach that in pharmacy school. I warn everyone of this place. I happily drive to Macon now for all of my meds and am treated like a human being at Scott’s Pharmacy in Macon, which is a family owned pharmacy. Walgreens can go to he**…..

Not satisfied with service, the pharmacist was a joke. I went by 12hrs after the prescription was called in and it was not filled. I was then told If I waited 20 mins he would have it ready, so I said I will just come by first thing in the morning. Came back the next morning to be told it is still not filled we are out of your antibiotics. Really?! Thanks Walgreens now my child has to wait 2 days for his medicine. They should have never lost David Dent as a Pharamicist there he was the best.
