Zena was so pleasing while explaining the menu to me.
She took our order then got busy in the kitchen while still running to the register to meet each new customer walking in the doors.
Zena stayed busy the entire 39 minutes we were there. We watched as 4 other workers came out to the lobby n stood around doing nothing.
Zena is ur best employee... I hope u keep that standard of employees.

Shhhh nobody needs to know how many milkshakes you pick up on your way to town. It can be your calorie laden triumphant secret! Get you banana, get you Reese's, get you mint Oreo or ANY flavah and you will be delightfully satisfied FOR LIFE!

Best fast food burger around. Better that some more expensive restaurants. Great value for the money too. Staff were more than polite, store was clean, and enjoyed that there was light Christian music playing. Keep up the great work!!!

The double cheeseburger plate is 😋😋😋😋😋😋. My food is always hot and fresh and the service expedient. The staff are a little abrasive but my food always makes up for it.

Got destroyed at a wrestling meet and had this, and my whole day got better. Everything was perfect, from the food to the price. Plus the service was amazing. My food took a bit longer to get out, but it's cool cause they were busy.

The food here is da BOMB! The hot dogs are so good! The chocolate milkshake is so rich and thick, so get a spoon! The french fries are hot and salty too. The prices are really reasonable, especially for a college town. Will definitely return when we are back in town.

This location is always on point. I don’t recall ever having a single issue in all the years it’s been open. They were just as fast and the food was just as good on Black Friday as anything other time.

The burger was good. The onion rings were really good, and they were really hot, like freshly made. The price was great too.

This place has great hours, decent cheap food, and good service. The line can be long at times, but it didn't bother me. They handled my order quickly, despite it being long and complicated. Also, due to the aforementioned complicated order, they ended up making an extra shake and gave it to me anyway for free. (Which, I ALWAYS love free stuff to eat while I am waiting for them to make the food)

The cook out trays are a great value. The 4 of us each got one and 2 with milk shakes under $25. Lots of food and everything was delicious! We will have to try the one by our home. Quick getting food out considering how much you get. Definitly recommend.

My wife and I we like to go here to eat and get away from the house for dinner. We like the food and shakes. Good price and food. Clean building.

Listen to me folks! I have went to cookout tonight for my second time overall. These folks were 100% the absolute post covid group of folks at any fast food establishment I've dealt with to date. I don't know anyone from this establishment or the surrounding area either. I'm from Clay County Alabama myself. These folks at this location were absolutely better than a sit down restaurant too me. 5 stars all day for 5he crew working when I came through there at 8:40 p.m. on 09/17/21!

The food is delicious and good prices. It good bang for your buck. You can get a lot of food for good prices. They milkshakes are good and thick. I recommend using a spoon for the thick milkshakes. They have a variety of flavors.
