Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A is consistent. You get fast friendly service and quality food. Their places are always clean. Today, a store manager was going around to make sure everyone's needs were addressed. He bussed our table when we were finished. Doing so with a smile and thank us for coming today.

There are two drive-through lanes, and the staff keep them moving. Despite having a rush hour lunch, no one was kept waiting long.

In short, everything was perfect.

Great service with a smile, and the food is always hot and delicious. This location definitely needs more space, though. The drive-thru is always wrapped around the building (but it moves pretty quickly, normally)

The food was great. My daughter is small but when we go to Chick- fil -A she always eat a lot. She likes the nuggets and the chicken sandwich. My favorite is the milkshakes any flavor will do for me. I would to recommend to anyone.

Harrison, my drive-thru server, did an excellent job! He made sure that my order was to my satisfaction. In addition, he was very polite, courteous, and cheerful throughout my experience.

Very busy place and you will see why. Excellent service, hands-on management, and top-quality food. For a counter service place, especially one as busy as this, it is outstanding. Christa is excellent with helping you get your catering order together. A+ overall.

We ate lunch at this location. We were traveling in the area on a business trip, and this was our first time eating there. The food was tasty. I upgraded from fries to the kale salad, which was quite tasty.

My hubby had a peach shake, which was really good. I had a peach tea drink that wasn't very good... it was too tart or unsweet-- I'm not quite sure how to describe it. The peach tea drink didn't come with refills despite the hefty price.

The staff was very friendly, and the manager was out sweeping the dining room and chatting with the guests. All in all, it was a good experience.

I would like to commend Brayden Evans for being such an incredible and respectful young man!! Every time I visit the Chick-fil-a in Milledgeville Ga. his smile makes my day. Keep up the good work Brayden!!!!

Employees are so helpful and friendly. Kids loved it and food was hot and ready so quick

This morning my order was missing a couple items but instead of the employee having any sort of attitude like you get at most fast food places they just corrected it and in a quick fashion too. For me it’s not about when things go right that show the quality of a business but how they act or react when it goes wrong. The morning crew works very hard to make positive experiences.

Had a catering order..was told that my order would be ready at 12pm
When I arrived my order was ready and hot still when I served it. Thank you Kayla CARSWELL, for getting my order right. You have a great team. Thanks so much for making my day bright

Great service! Great food. Very impressed. They have the best salad and chicken wraps!!

Pleasant service, perfect order! Basically your standard Chick-fil-A experience. This location had a GREAT play structure--it offered more for preschoolers. The climbing and sliding is a perfect way to burn off excess toddler powerafter eating their yummy food.

The food is always good. And the service is above all others in this town on a more consistent basis. I have a 3 yr old son & even though there is a competitive indoor play gtound, he wants to be here most. We love the atmosphere and character of this establishment.

It's a great location with wonderful service. Everything that we've grown to expect from Chick-fil-A.
My recommendation is to park in the back, enter being the had station, order on the app, go in and find a comfy table, enter the table number in the app, sit back and relax. Your food will come out hot and fresh and delivered by someone with a smile on their face. We love ❤ Chick-fil-A.
