Publix Pharmacy at Fountains West

Every single person has been absolutely phenomenal. This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They don’t make you feel like another number. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Great job team!

Every employee of this pharmacy is courteous, friendly, professional, and goes the "extra mile" to help their customers. Their custimers are not just numbers; they make a special effort to recognize us, call us by name, and help solve any problems regarding our medications. I want to especially thank Elaine and Michael for their outstanding work.

My husband and I have been customers ever since the West Road Publix & Pharmacy opened. The pharmacists, Elaine & Michael, are both very knowledgeable and professional. Prescriptions are always accurate and any delays in filling them are explained thoroughly.

Probably the only good part about this Publix. The store is unrelIable with getting and keeping products in stock (well before the Covid-19 outbreak). The techs and pharmacists are knowledgeable and always take care of me and my family.

Elaine and Michael have been on top of things for many years for my entire family. I trust their expertise and have had no problems with any of the pharmacy techs as well.

Believe me.. I have lived long enough to have been part of other grocery stores and pharmacies over the years.. Publix will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases either refunding your money or an exchange.. The managers I truly believe care about their store and how clean it is and about customer service.. I shop at Fountains West Publix and feel like the managers want my business..the Pharmacists Elaine and Michael are the people you want to fill your prescriptions, they are so knowledgeable about your medications and willing to share that information as well as contacting your doctor or insurance company if there is a problem.. Publix earned my trust and confidence years ago..❤

Slow to help. Employees stand behind counter and are more interested in talking on the phone instead of serving customers actually there in person. Prescriptions are rarely ready to pick up when told they would be. I get texts mine are ready and if there are multiple items, this is never true. Why don't they say the prescriptions are ready when ALL of them are ready so I don't have to make multiple trips? I use home delivery for most of my prescriptions from another company and only have to come here if I need something on short notice and every single time it's a miserable experience.

Waited from 4:50pm till 5:37 for rotisserie chicken (that is on sale) and still no chickens ready. When I first arrived timer had 10 mins left on it. Then they said temperature setting was set wrong. I would think they would have them ready at the peak time for shoppers getting off work and picking up dinner on way home.

Didn't have my extremely common medicine in stock that I've never had a problem getting anywhere for nearly 10 years and then was very rude and unhelpful about the whole thing when trying to find a solution
