I will have to say clerk number 17 was absolutely amazing to work with. Great attitude, easy to communicate with, and understands my issues. She was full of great information. She made simmering that was stressful for me easier to deal with. Thank you.

The sweetest customer service experience from truly caring staff. Mark and Shannon are exceptional. With the enormous uptick of mail coming through our area and not enough people to handle it, they do it with a smile and grace.
This is an edited review that still wishes that after hours kiosks would be installed in order to help alleviate some of the backlog, etc.

Ok, I never liked going to this post office. The line is always too long and since we live in an apartment we have to pick up packages at the post office. They could never find it saying the packages were on the truck which I know they are not because they don't deliver to the apartment mail box anything that doesn't fit in it. I had to come back multiple times to pick up packages that were always sitting there. Anyway today I stopped by to pick up some packages. The post office attendent brought out two and I knew we had one or two more that were attempted to get delivered. The girl next to him who was scanning packages said she was going to look in the sorting room. And yes, she brings two more!!! Thank you very much! We did need these packages today and I appreciate your effort to help! Thank you again!!!

The USPS employees have always been so helpful and kind at this facility. The young lady this morning went out of her way to track down a package that went missing. With her hard work, and help from her coworkers, the package was found and safely delivered to my home today. Thank you.

This is the best post office in the area, They are very helpful and honest. This USPS is also very fast with scanning packages. All in All Great Post office!

Very nice worker named Mark I have been going to this post office on 17th Street for many years, and they have always been courteous and professional.
