Last minute I decided I needed to add 2 more days to our trip so we called and within 10 minutes, Ms Shawn called me back and added our days with NO PROBLEMS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 10 OUT OF 10 HERE!! The atmosphere is so inviting and they really make u feel so welcomed. HANDS-DOWN THE MOST RELIABLE, AFFORDABLE AND HASSLE-FREE PLACE TO RENT A CAR!!!!!

We used this and loved it! Got a 4Runner in great shape!

Great cars and Margaret is so nice and helpful we rent several times a year and it's always a great experience by the way the 200 mile per day is clearly posted on her desk hard to miss

Made a reservation online. When I arrived at the store the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were no vehicles available even though I had made a reservation. There was no offer for a solution to fulfill the reservation that had been confirmed just an apology. I would suggest calling to the store to confirm availability of vehicles even with an online confirmation.
