I am so happy right now. Just drove off in a new CX-5! The entire experience from start to finish was great. I reached out online to confirm availability and schedule a test drive. I received an email right away and my appointment was scheduled. The day before my appointment Jared called to introduce himself and see if I had any questions. On the day of my appointment I met with Jared and he was awesome! He was attentive and keyed into what I wanted and worked hard to make sure I got it at the right price! I couldn’t have asked for more. I was very impressed by the customer service and thrilled by the entire experience.

Syntreka was my sales professional. The entire deal took place o er the phone, and I believe she jumped through every hoop available to provide a Tier 1 customer service. Continued follow-ups over the last several months to make sure we're still happy with our 2024 CX-90...hand down the best experience. If we purchase with John Lee Mazda in the future, you can bet, I'll be asking for Syntreka Williamson.!!

Our salesman Benjamin McCullough was so awesome to work with when buying our new car. We started out texting the dealer, and then we got a call from Ben. He set up an appointment to come test drive this car. We drove the car and love it!!!

Jared was great! He wasn’t a pushy salesman(which will make me walk away every time). He took the time to review all of the features on my new vehicle, I think that is the first time that has ever happened! I think he truly loves his job & believes in the product he is selling!

This has been one of the best car buying experiences that I've had thanks to the help of Preston! As my wife and I were looking for a new SUV, we started by looking and going everywhere but Mazda. I recently purchased a 2024 Mazda CX90. I literally went into the dealership to test drive and browse and ended up leaving the same day with my car. On a SATURDAY. Syntreka made my new vehicle purchase a very pleasant experience. She helped secure the vehicle that I wanted, kept me updated, was very transparent and explained everything clearly. I would recommend and trust her to be your favorite salesperson! My car was a “demo” so it had been driven for a few weeks and during that time a rim and tire were curbed. Although a stressful car accident totalling my vehicle led me to John Lee Mazda, I am obsessed with my CX-5! Also, after my first service on my vehicle - I could not imagine anyone working on my vehicle than Matt Kauffman and his team! After a random battery incident, he ensured my vehicle was safe to drive. During my next service appointment, a flight time change required me to leave earlier than I expected. But everything in my vehicle was taken care of and discussed in a timely manner to get me to the airport on time!

I just want to thank a salesman by the name of Alex Dawson. Throughout the process of trading and buying a vehicle. He was patient with me. At first I was kind of nervous trying to trade my vehicle and also purchase out of state but he made it a smooth process getting me with his manager to further facilitate the deal. By the time I got there the vehicle was up front and ready for me to view, paperwork was ready for me to sign. I ended up asking to install a tow hitch. Got the whole process done in one day.
