Cannot speak highly enough of the ease, customer service, & overall flow of our kiddos birthday party today at Jungle Zone Inc.

We seriously had the BEST time and everything ran exceptionally well. The staff is so attentive & friendly. So happy with the service we received and know we’ll be back to party in future.

Amy was amazing through out the planning process and party day, as well as Brittany who helped work the party too! Thank you ladies!

We love Jungle Zone! A year ago we did a private party for our little one here and she had so much fun. The staff is always so welcoming and nice. My husband and I just greeted our guests while the staff took care of the rest from serving food, drinks, and making sure we didn’t need anything. If you plan on doing a private party here… DO IT! It’s so nice be able to talk to family and friends with no worries while the little ones play/jump. :)

I had my son's 2nd birthday party at Jungle Zone, and everything was perfect! Amy was our party host, and her service level added to the experience- she was amazing! I loved how they had a system in place that made each process seamless. I highly recommend having your child's birthday party and/or a funday at Junge Zone! All the kids and parents had tons of fun ages!
**Oh, Amy suggested that we order chicken nuggets with our pizza, and we were glad she did because the nuggets were delicious!

This a wonderful place to host a children's birthday party! We had assistance with setup and cleanup and even serving out the pizza. Brandie was a wonderful party attendant. The kids had a blast and the Hungry Howies pizza was really good today.

Only negative thing: The owner needs to add another A/C unit to the building. The units were struggling and it was really hot inside. The kids were all red faced and sweaty and my adult guests were leaking sweat. This is the first time that we have been there that it was extremely hot like this. That will not take away from my 5 star review because we genuinely love this place and we bring our kids all the time... However if you have an indoor jumping zone, you need to have air. This is not an expense you can skip out on. We were not expecting to be dripping sweat at our party so you may want to wait until they fix the air to have yours.

The team at jungle zone made my daughter’s birthday party so easy. They were so responsive that I think all my emails leading up to the event were answered within minutes the price was reasonable for a private party and our experience was wonderful. A special thanks to Robert and Brandie, who took care of us and were very helpful.

Great experience! We have two Littles (3 and 1 1/2) and there was plenty for them to do. We have issues finding something for them to do that is right for their age and this place was great. The price was also very reasonable, especially compared to places similar. We will definitely return and recommend to others!!

I came here to RAVE about Jungle Zone! We just had my daughter's 6th birthday party here and it was FANTASTIC!! Amy had helped me with my initial contact and questions regarding the party, and she really knew her stuff! She gave me great suggestions, and even helped so I wasn't spending unnecessary money! She also answered all emails/questions up to the party date very quickly and never made me feel like I was bothering her. I have thrown my daughter every party before this and can never relax/talk/enjoy it. All I had to do was bring decorations prior and then the cake/balloons the day of. We walked in and without even giving them direction on setup we/my daughter was blown away at how amazing the room looked. They set up the room so beautifully and utilized all my decor it was so amazing. Brittany was our party host and was phenomenal. She was so attentive and made sure we didn't need anything and when we did she was right there. We ordered some extra pizza/and the nuggets which were fantastic.Brittany also helped with passing out the food/drinks/ and handling the cake for me which was such a nice treat that I did not have to even think about it. The prices are SO reasonable and having a little one also it was so nice that they have the soft play area/smaller bounce houses. The seating for adults is also fantastic! Brandi (not sure how to spell her name, I apologize) was also fantastic. They never make you feel like you cannot ask a question and even if they aren't your direct party host they are so friendly/helpful ALWAYS. Even the young man who handles concessions or is out watching the kids was always so nice! You do not have to worry about clean up either! That was enough to sell me on the deal in the first place! We just took gifts/any decor we wanted to keep and the rest they took care of. I cannot say enough great things about this place/their staff. If you are on the fence, BOOK THE PARTY. The only negative about this place is that there isn't a negative so my daughter wants to go back all the time! Thank you Jungle Zone for a wonderful/memorable birthday party!!

We have been coming here for years and had our second birthday party there yesterday. The staff is always wonderful. Amy did wonderful as our party host and made everything run smooth and she was so friendly. I always recommend this venue for birthday parties. They are fair priced and always deliver a great experience for both kids and adults!

We rented out the place for a private party for our 4 year old. The staff was awesome and very helpful with setup, clean up, they even helped while we passed out cupcakes and sang happy birthday. We had 30 kids plus adults and had plenty of space.

The staff made my daughter's birthday so Great I can't thank them enough. 21kids is tough but they took care of everything awesome party spaces and clean place and the Best Staff around!

Awesome job and my family had a great time. Staff is excellent, cleaning up spills in party room with a smile. Definitely book your party here.

This was my 1st time here.. My 5 and 2 year old had so much fun! I felt super safe with my kids running around! There is so much fun to be had! Plus the food is delicious 😋 we will absolutely be returning.

The staff is incredible especially our party host Amy!!! Amy made our party seamless and completely stress free and was on top of everything. Jungle Zone feels has such a great family atmosphere! I also love how amazingly clean it always is!!

We had my daughter’s 4th birthday here and it was everything she wanted! The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all party guests. They were very helpful in providing enough food for everyone and helpful in serving it too! They really make birthdays convenient and easy for the parents. They also take care of the clean up! Every time we have been here it has been clean and well taken care of. And the kids love it. Amy is the best for helping out with birthdays!

Omg! What can I say! They were amazing from the moment I was texting to book the party to our party helper Lisa! My daughters father is deployed this year and she really needed to have a great bday party and Jungle zone made that happy! We had 22 kids and all the parents and they just accommodated them all! I love that you could add different food items onto your party. They had so many options! The bounce obstacle course was amazing! The kids had so much fun and we had kids from little to older teens! The toddler area was perfect as well! Thank you so much for making my daughters 8th bday one she and I will never forget! A++

We had my goddaughter's 3rd birthday party there. It was a very nice place. The staff was polite. It was well organized and the kids had a wonderful time. Food was pretty good!

(Updated) they have completely redone this place since pre-covid when I last went. My boys are much older now (7 and 9) and they absolutely had a blast. Played for hours and were exhausted when we left. (Too exhausted to fight 😂). Staff is very helpful. Definitely will be back soon.

You can’t really beat the price and size of this place. It’s no where near as crowded as many of the other indoor blow up places. The slides were easy enough for my 3 year old to get up, but sturdy enough that I could go up there with him. The big ones you come down FAST. My 5 year old was scared of one of them because he shot off the end of it. But they have floor mats there to protect them. It’s a great way to get kids energy out at a great price. One caution I will say it’s easy to get like floor burn type of burn on the slide so make sure they keep their arms up (one got an elbow burn) and don’t go down on the lie belly (one for a bad chin burn). But it didn’t stop them, they kept playing and we have been back since. Great fun.

Toddler time was a blast on Wednesdays 9-11am. Because it was toddler time both my girls (3 and 18months) were able to try each slide and bounce house without fear of being trampled. The staff and owner were super friendly and kind. Concessions were diverse and well priced. My girls woke up from nap begging to go back! 😝❤ We will be her monthly if not weekly! I can not believe this place has been around for so long without knowing. I will be telling my mom friends for sure!

Clean and nice place for babies and toddlers. They have a toddler area that parents can watch while sitting outside with a baby. First Wednesday of every month they open the whole bouncing place just for toddlers ( under 4 year old which makes it much fun and safe for them to spend longer time. Today they were open 9 to 2 pm and this is not on Google map schedule so check the hours before going there. Great place!

Since being taken over by new owners Jungle Zone has become our favorite play spot - and it just got so much better! All the old slides have been replaced and now there’s even a foam toddler zone! I can not say enough good things about Jungle Zone, the new owner, and AMAZING staff. It has a little something for every age group, and the birthday parties are amazing as well!
