Brignol Frantz DDS

This is the best dentist I have too in 25 years. He is really awesome!!!! If you need a kind and skillful dentist, you should go see Dr. Brignol.

We have been patients of Dr. Brignol for 6 years. At least 3 times they have messed up in scheduling our appointments. More often than not, they call a week before the appointment to reschedule. Most recently, I had an appointment, they called to reschedule for the next week because they weren't doing cleanings on Tuesdays anymore. The following week, the day before my appointment, my wife received a call reminding her of my appointment. When I went for my appointment, they said I didn't have one! This is after driving 40 minutes and taking off work to go! The hygienist is wonderful, but unfortunately the scheduling department is terrible. I can't say much about Dr. Brignol himself because I have rarely seen him.

I worked at the practice he has in the villages “your gentle dentist” for one day , very nice man... but no chair side manner, he’s weird, and doesn’t talk as much, always looks like he is not happy to be there. I did worked for him for one day and that day was horrible the way they do things is so different then how dentist and offices run now a days, he can’t hold a hand piece probably, didn’t know where to turn on the water for the headpieces pretty much doesn’t know his own practice... doing new patients exam he just walks in looks at the teeth (doesn’t introduce himself) and have us assistant write down what he recommended for tx then walks right out wow! ((Treatment prices are not cheap but his work is)) all he does is sit, eat and play games on his tablet. He has no type of motivation to have his practice bring in new pts to be more busier, to motivate his team nothing !! I had one pt say he didn’t even tell her what he was doing in her mouth and was upset and has been upset prior to her previous visit. I suggest pts look somewhere else for a dentist I wouldn’t trust him with my worst enemy, family and friends. Shelley office manger is awesome and I liked her hopefully she doesn’t get upset with my review but I am just being honest I can’t work for a dentist like him ever !!! Shelley deserve to be at a practice way better then this one she is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Please keep looking for a different dentist and please read the reviews about him on “ talk of the villages” “Yelp” “ google”.
