I rented truck for my mother. The staff rep who assisted us Mary deserve the employee of the quarter, month, and year her lovely personality was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and caring. She made the rental experience less stressful. Rent a vehicle here! They had the size I needed without having to go somewhere else. Made my day!

Drove approx 1,000 Miles smooth riding easy to handle pickup was a breeze, drop off even easier.

If I could give negative stars I would. My daughter rented a truck to go from NH to FL. What a joke. Wouldn't go over 30mph on hills. Only had one headlight. Traded that one in for a smaller one to go home with. She broke down and called Penske, told them smoke was coming from behind the front tire. Over an hour later the guy shows up, he fixes flats!!! She is still stranded. I would NEVER recommend this company!
