It's a great gym. I've been here since it opened about a year ago. Boxing gyms normally open from 5p-8p here they're open from 10a-8p, great staff, smoothies (for post workouts-flavors vary pending on supply) and protein if you'd like to add it, they offer personalized training, you can play your own music (no explicit lyrics), and it's a spacious gym (most boxing gyms are small. If you wanna try something different this is the PLACE.

Great gym best gym in Central Fl pro size ring. The coaches are professional and work well with either the fitness groups or boxing fighter groups. The coach is certified USA Boxing coach and have many great experiences in boxing and fitness. They offer as well great dieting and nutritional advices.

Great old school boxing gym for all ages and backgrounds. Coach and facility is great. Coach keeps things fresh and mixes things up well. Would highly recommend.

Gym is great , but Aaron wasn't there at the time I went there it's some other dude there claiming to be a business partner of his & the prices were affordable , but a Fued between Aaron vs this dude had occurred somewhere down the line because when I mentioned Aaron's name the other then became a little less welcoming as a business man personal bias will kill your business especially if Aaron is the reason the gym is where it is
