Lifestyle Furniture by Babette's

Purchased a bedroom set, mattress, and lamps recently. Very happy with our salesperson, Aubrey, who helped us through the process. Delivery of items was quicker than expected, and they deliver items as they came in, making a couple of trips. The delivery guys, Arnold & Charles were polite and professional, being very respectful of our property. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Looking for new furniture items.

Lifestyle Furniture strives to provide excellent customer service from sales to delivery to service. They sell reasonably priced furniture in a variety of styles to fit most decor schemes. It is a laid back, low pressure environment.

We had never gone to a Babettes store before and it was one of three we visited trying to find the perfect sectional.
We were pleased with their selections and even more pleased that the one we chose was made in America.
We had a pleasant and friendly salesman, Gene.
Our delivery was at our convenience and they were even a bit early.
Arnold and Charles did their job very well.
The bonus…they were such a hoot!
They were fun to chat and laugh with.
Makes me want to shop there again!

Harold and Mike did an AMAZING job bringing our new recliner sofa with pull-down table into our home. The entourage of new salespeople definitely got an excellent example of how delivery service should be done! One VERY minor flaw has already been serviced in less than 4 days. We would highly recommend working with Aubrey, at Lifestyle Furniture, for your next/future purchases.

Furniture delivered on time as promised. For the date of delivery I was given a 2 hour window and actual delivery was 20 minutes ahead of scheduled window. I received a call and text stating the truck would be arriving within 10 minutes. Arnold and Charles were the delivering personnel and did a wonderful job placing my pieces where I wanted. Quick, efficient and friendly. Thanks for having such good employees.

From selection to sales personnel our experience was excellent. Today we received our delivery almost a month early, and we were delighted with our furniture. The delivery was made by Arnold and Ed and they were so pleasant and thorough, insisting we check over our pieces and asked if they needed us to move anything. Thank you Babette's Team...because it takes an entire team to provide excellence. Happy Holiday!

We visited Babettes just to look at the selections for a recliner but were not in a hurry to make a purchase. Just browsing. The store personnel respected that and let us browse on our own. No one followed us around which was nice. There were many great choices and found a few we were interested in. Diane one of the sales associates asked if she could help with anything and a while later we had purchased a recliner. She was not pushy, didn’t try to sell us anything, helped us with a fabric selection and answered all our questions. She was great.

We were very happy with Karin's help picking out our furniture. She was very attentive and showed us lots of ideas and asked questions about our style. She took lots of time with us and allowed us time to look and discuss what we wanted. The prices were quite reasonable and delivered in a timely manner! The two men that delivered our furniture were very nice and professional. They showed a lot care getting the two pieces inside the house without marking the doorframe and walls. They asked us where we wanted the furniture placed. We will definitely think of you when we need furniture in the future. We've already told our friends about our experience with you.

Today, Harold and Mike delivered our third and final piece of furniture. It's a chair that we ordered in a different material. We are very pleased with it. It completes the look for our living room. Harold and Mike delivered the chair with great care. They were very professional and appeared to really like their work. I bought a couch & recliner. I’m very happy with the entire experience. I put down a deposit & paid balance upon delivery. Communication was excellent from purchase to delivery w updates on expected wait time. Delivery was easily scheduled & each delivery was within the timeframe given. Delivery men were friendly & respectful of my furniture & home. Not one complaint from me!

This review is for the excellent service provided by Pepsi Goldsmith. She stayed with us for at least two hours, or more, while we were deciding between several options. Additionally she resolved a problem we created by not measuring our furniture accurately, and discovered our error after we left. Very happy with how helpful and knowledgeable she was.

Arnold and Brandon showed up on time and did an excellent job setting our new recliners. Friendly and professional!! Moved old chairs as requested. Great job guys!! Our sales lady, Karen, was awesome too. Patient and helpful. No pressure!! Will be back!!

I bought several pieces of furniture from Babette’s and have never been disappointed. They always make sure you are happy with your purchase. Sales people and delivery people are SO nice and helpful, I can’t say enough good things about them. I had to have service come out because my bedroom set had a few spots on it and the service guy was terrific as well. He didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied. I will definitely shop at Babette’s when I need anything for my home.

We met Gene when we stopped one afternoon. It was near the closing time and we had only a short time to brose the furniture displays. We took his card and returned the next day. Let him know that we were back to look. We wandered freely, he was always available if we needed a question answered, but did not hover. We made a decision and he worked with my husband to finalize the purchase. Gene was helpful without being pushy. He allowed us space to make an informed decision.

Went into your business to look for a bedroom set. What I really liked, is the sales force did not fallow me around the store. They allowed me time to breath. When I was ready I went to a sales associate and the associate stayed by my side for the entire time. I did make my purchase because your store had the best prices.

Salesperson was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Did not ‘attack’ us upon walking in like some stores. Ordering was quick and came in much faster than expected. Delivery men were pleasant , expedient with a timely arrival during the 2 hour window they gave us.

Since 2020 we have purchased furniture and accessories from Lifestyle Furniture by Babette's and always ask for Karen. We are treated with prompt, respectful, competent and engaging service and have always found what we needed with great quality and prices. When one item arrived damaged a couple of years ago, Babette's immediately took care of it to 100% of our satisfaction. Babette's is our furniture store of choice.

We have had an excellent experience with Babette's. Our sales person, Pepsi, was perfect. No pressure but more than helpful. Today our bar stools were delivered today by two men, Arnold and Brian, who were very professional, friendly, efficient and helpful.

I had "met" our salesperson over the phone. She was fantastic at gathering the information I was looking for. We met her in person when we came to see the furniture I had asked about. She was fantastic throughout our shopping experience and made it so easy for us.

Our furniture came in 2 separate deliveries and each delivery team was top notch. They relocated furniture for me (from downstairs to upstairs, ugh!) and they were cheerful and professional.

Thomas came out to repair a factory defect and arrived on time and quickly repaired the loveseat in minutes. Thomas was polite and friendly and cleaned up after himself.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with our sales experience with Aubrey Miller. We are repeat customers at Babette's and have very good experiences in the past. That being said, Aubrey went above and beyond in addressing all of our needs. Babette's should be very proud of how Aubrey helped us. He's a great example of a dedicated and exceptional employee.
