I recently purchased a vehicle from the same dealership, but this time around i had a saleswoman who knew her product like the back of her hand!! 😀 I was amazed!! Had an appointment for front side window tinting. Everything went off timely and professionally. I was treated very well by Ty, he was extremely helpful. Sean the sales person we had bought the car from had put aside a sun shade that I had asked for and I was very grateful for his attentiveness.

From the receptionist when I called, to the guy who helped me when I got there - he knew pretty quickly it was just my car battery - to Jeff and a woman at the service desk who were cheerful and helpful - I had a great experience. I wish I could remember everybody’s name, but there was a guy who dropped me off and picked me up from the mall, so I didn’t have to sit around twiddling my thumbs or scrolling on my phone. And thanks to the mechanic. My car is running just fine now.😊

If you are in need of a car I highly recommend this place. I was driving from Texas to bring my husband's ashes home when the check engine light came on. The sales manager offered me a car and asked if I had a hotel. The next day the service department was prompt and kind. They got us back on the road. My next car purchase I will be driving here. I recently took my Volkswagen Atlas in for servicing and I have to say, the experience was outstanding. The team there is both reliable and professional, making sure every aspect of the service was covered with utmost care. The waiting area was another highlight, offering a comfortable space to wait with the best snacks and coffee I've encountered at a service center. The only small suggestion I'd have is to add more accessible outlets for laptops, which would make the wait even more convenient.

What impressed me the most was the staff's proficiency. They were quick to provide updates, ensuring I was always informed about the status of my car and any services being performed. The entire process from start to finish was friendly and effective, making me feel valued as a customer.

Sarah Carter provided extraordinary customer service. This was, by far, the quickest vehicle purchase I've made. This was a concern that I had expressed to Sarah before I arrived at the dealership. I was in the dealership for just over an hour and was extremely satisfied with the quick turnaround.

Arrived a bit early for appointment. Went in, was greeted and got started checking me in. Time for oil change, but Christi checked on warranty items as well, and took care of a few of those. Took about an hour and a half, while I waited. Waiting area is pleasant, with coffee and tea and snacks available. Car was nice and clean when brought back to me, and Christi walked me out. Very pleasant.

Sales was excellent very friendly and professional. The financial manager worked hard to get my best deal. I definitely would recommend VW of Leesburg.

The day started as a one star because that was the lowest I could give. The overhead console fell apart into a few pieces. I called Jenkins about it and they told me to bring my car in the next morning. I explained what happened and they ended up telling me it would cost me. After letting off steam because VW knew about the situation since 2019. I told the service representative, Jeffery if VW Knew about this for years and didn’t tell customers VW is responsible. Jeffery demonstrated to me how he handled himself with the upmost respect for me. Then talked to the service manager. When Jeffrey came back he showed me that the cost to me was ZERO. Jaffery reestablish to me that Jenkins VW was my right choice. I will continue having my car serviced by VW. And hopefully I will always see Jeffery each time.

Jeff in service has gone above and beyond helping me with my Tiguan. Cracked windshield they help me replace after other places gave me the run around. If your car is ever in service as for Jeff I promise he won’t let you down!

Paul is the only reason I ended up purchasing a vehicle. He was professional and extremely quick and diligent in getting my issues resolved. These are his 5 stars.
