Plaza Cadillac Service Department

I had an appointment at Plaza Dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was greeted by some gentlemen outside that directed me to the right area to be serviced.

When I came inside I was again greeted by the very professional staff that walked me in and showed me around and offered beverages and snacks.

The waiting area was super clean and the seats were very comfortable. I was in and out no more than 30 minutes.

To my surprise my car was even washed and vacuumed.
I will forever be a customer.

The wait time is always reasonable. Personnel is always friendly and courteous and explain everything they do on your vehicle.

Although the car could not be fixed due to a back order on the part the driver came to my house to explain the problem and tried to do a bypass to fix it. Service above the ordinary.

They had the part that I needed but I tried to get a quote to have them do the work as well. After waiting 2 days and 2 phone calls later, I gave up and decided to go to Massey Cadillac North.
