Arbours At Silver Lake

I lived in the Arbours for 3 years and can say the experience was the best apartments I have lived in. The property manager is really sweet and willing to help with any questions about Leesburg. The neighborhood is quiet even on the weekends. There are a few kids who play at the basketball court where I like to workout occasionally and they are so sweet. The pool is cleaned regularly and it’s never overcrowded. Maintenance will usually get to you within 48 hours, and any emergency I’ve ever had (maybe 2 since being there) they respond within a few hours. The landscaping is kept up regularly and the roofs on all of the buildings were replaced last year. I’m going to miss this area and some of my neighbors ❤

We wish to share our experience of living at the Arbours at Silver Lake. We first want to thank the management and staff. They were very helpful, friendly, courteous, informational, and willing to work with you. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful view. The grounds are well kept and there is a pool and play area for all. The other tenants are friendly. The transition process to become tenants and then move on was made easy and worry free. Perhaps the biggest factor in our stay was the fact that we felt safe there. We absolutely give them our highest recommendation and appreciation. Thanks again to all at the Arbours at Silver Lake.

I have lived in Florida for about 7 years and the places I’ve lived before this were trash compared to Arbours at Silver lake. It’s a very well kept apartment complex and I love my apartment.

This is a great place to live, especially with kids. It's quiet, and the outside of the buildings are well kept and has plenty of space to walk your dogs. When I moved in last year, i had new appliances, and if there is ever an issue maintenance responds pretty quickly. My washing machine had broke and they replace it with a brand new one within a week and gave me access to another one until it arrived. Overall great place to live!!!

We just renewed our lease for another year. We originally choose this place for the fact of it's simple convenience to everything. We also found that compared to other apartments Arbours was the most affordable. We love the family/pet friendly environment and leasing agents have always been friendly and helpful when called upon. We also enjoy the many events they plan throughout the year to allow you to befriend your neighbors. Definitely advise on stopping by and checking it out!!

Currently live here and my experience has been great so far. Rent is reasonable compared to other parts of Florida.

This review is particularly for Frederick, a gentleman who works as maintenance staff at this complex. I've not met an individual so dedicated to serving the community with enthusiasm and care. Whenever an issue/concern arises he has been one to swiftly respond (without personally expecting this). Beyond excellent work ethic, he (along with Kimberly and MeChell) are personable people to speak with. Overall this has been an enjoyable experience. I'm thankful to presently live here while under the care of great staff.

Me'chelle has treated us like family since day one. She is always friendly and welcoming when you enter the office. We have the best maintenance guys, Frederick and Santos who take care of the grounds and any issues that arise immediately. The problem is always fixed the first time. They are friendly and respectful. It's not just an apartment complex here, it is home.

Loved our experience at The Arbours of Silver Lake! We were only there for a year and had to move due to an out-of-state job offer, but we felt right at home in this community. The office staff, Kimberly and Mechell, are very nice and make you feel like family. The maintenance crew, Frederick and Santos, are always quick to respond to any problems on the grounds or in the apartments. Never felt more safe in an apartment complex. All in all, everyone is just so friendly. Any apartment you choose is pretty well maintained and refreshed before you move in.

The only thing, I think, that could be better is the kitchen and the bathroom cabinets. The bedrooms and closets were great, the bathrooms were great (except for the bathroom cabinets), but the kitchen and the bathroom cabinets were not in really good shape. The shelves in most of the cabinets were sagging, mainly due to previous tenants putting too heavy of items on the shelves. There were stains that I couldn’t get out in the drawers and underneath the sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms when we moved in that were already there. And I understand that with time, these things happen. I just think that those particular things need updated. Other than that, this is an amazing place to live! If we ever move back to Florida, we will definitely be trying to live at The Arbours again!

I lived here for two years and could not have been happier. I'd still be there if I hadn't moved out of state. Neat and clean complex with nice amenities...really enjoyed the CLEAN pool. As we all know, moving can be a stressful time. Where we move can lesson that stress significantly. The Arbours at Silver Lake is just such a place. It’s not only the lake that brings you a sense of calm, but the friendly and knowledgeable staff that greet you. They do their very best to make sure your apartment becomes your home.

This is located in Leesburg Florida lake county United States if they want to change it to silver lake or silver springs that's fine but it's still going to stay lake county nobody wants that racist Polk county which is going to eminent domain old people's property and take it away from them

I’ve lived here The Arbours for about two years now and they are by far the best apartments I have lived in since moving to Florida. The staff here is wonderful they make you feel at home there always there when you need something done then very caring and I would definitely recommend to any my friends to move here to The Arbours @ silver lake

Love being here MeChelle is super nice and the current maintenance staff are very nice and quick to the repair.

Request for screen repair on my Lani. New to the maintenance team ( 2nd day) Alan Dunaway came and repaired my screen very quickly and did a phenomenal job today! Impressed and pleased. Thank you again!

Don't really know much about this place accidentally pulled in to do a turn around but, seemed like a impressively clean quiet, peaceful complex.

I am a new resident at the arbours and I am enjoying every moment! The staff is courteous and extremely helpful! The community feels like a small neighborhood! Thanks for a great move in experience!
