Stand Up MRI of Brevard

I have very servere claustrophobia and if it wasn't for stand up mri I wouldn't be able to get imaging done. The technician, Shannon is very patient kind and understanding. She explains everything everytime and makes sure I am comfortable with the process and expectations. The waiting room is also very warm and inviting.

This place was amazing. First of all, Tristan was the nicest medical staff person, I had experienced in a long time. She was on our side! Gave us wonderful service, over the phone and got us in asap. Then on the day of the mri, Laura and Shannon were pleasant, positive, and so kind at 7:00am on a Saturday. We are so grateful to this staff!!! I’d give a ten star review for these ladies.

The staff was so friendly! Very knowledgeable. The MRI tech did amazing at explaining everything and making sure my daughter was comfortable and there were no surprises. She had a soothing voice and always made sure to check and encourage my daughter to stay still and letting her know how good of a job she was doing. Definitely will be coming back here for any other MRI needs. Thank you so much.

My experience at STAND UP MRI OF BREVARD exceeded my expectations in every way. Eric provided an introduction to the specialized medical equipment services offered. Gabby, Shvonne and Shannon went above and beyond in making my visit very comfortable. Had an MRI on Oct 23rd, Monday evening. Excellent service, front desk lady was kind and attentive. Tech was very good, she made me feel at ease. She explained the process completely. Not going into a tube was much more comfortable for me as I’m claustrophobic. Thank the entire staff for making this a comfortable experience.

This was my first experience in getting a stand-up MRI. I thought it was so much quieter and more comfortable than the conventional MRIs I had in the past. Also, the front desk staff (Gabby and Peggy) were professional, warm, friendly and cheerful. And Shannon, the MRI technician, besides being knowledgeable of MRIs and caring about my comfort, she made me feel very relaxed throughout the imaging process.

WHY WOULD YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE..??
This was 12 minutes of relaxing time that I have had all day. I cannot believe the old 50 minutes of the lay down tube MRIs are barbaric compared to this experience.
Gabby at the front desk was pleasant, upbeat, smiling and they all appear to love their jobs. I deal with so many medical facilities that are never this nice. I can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely fantastic experience today getting an MRI of my neck. I'll never go back to the MRI "tube" again. Shannon was superb explaining the process and assisting me. Wonderful...!!

Wonderful experience. From the first interaction with them scheduling the appointment, making sure of insurance coverage and Casey doing the actual MRI. Everyone was friendly and professional. I wish all my medical appointments were this great!

This was one of the best medical visits I've ever experienced. We were greeted by Jodi at the front desk who made everything very easy and understandable and we got the insurance stuff all taken care of. Jodi was really nice and very patient and helpful.
Being claustrophobic I was very anxious about phase two of my visit. My fears were immediately calmed upon meeting John Paul the MRI Tech. John Paul was very calm and patient and explained everything that was going to take place.
I sat down and was feeling better about it all until the basket was being lowered down onto my head. John Paul again was patient and eased me into accepting how it was all going to go and it really made a difference in my experience.
This is a really great place run by nice and kind and patient people. I was able to complete my appointment and everything looked good. My wife was able to be in the room with me but I honestly believe that I couldn't have completed everything without the help of John Paul.
Thank you very much Stand-up MRI. I have already told dozens of people about you and will make you my go to from here on out. This is an excellent place and I really appreciate it.

Phenomenal staff from the moment I walked in the professionalism and warm welcoming atmosphere set the tone. The great receptions treated me like one of their own. The entire team of Shvonne, Gabby, Casey, Jodi, and Lindsay the manger at Stand UP MRI have great personalities and made the MRI experience one a kind. I would recommend this business to everyone I can. I had an amazing experience. From the minute I walked in, I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The front desk Jodi and Kathy answered all my questions and helped me understand what made their machine different than the traditional machine. Lindsay the Office Manager went way above and beyond to help me process my insurance and help get me in that day. I absolutely love Casey the Technition. She personally walked me through the process and showed me the machine. I had already had a bad day trying to use the traditional machine at another company. Casey reassured me that she could do it even though I am a bigger guy. She walked me through step by step and I felt really comfortable. I now know I have a great place to go if I ever need this service again. Whoever oversees this Company needs to recognize each of these staff members as the best of the best. Thank you again for everything you did for me.

Outstanding MRI facility. Dr. Magee went over and above to help with a recent Saturday MRI that revealed a fracture. He called me personally, called two of my referring facilities and kept in touch with me until I confirmed that I had finally been able to contact one of the facilities. Highly recommend Stand-up MRI of Brevard. They are the BEST!!

I’m not sure how this place could get bad reviews. They called an offered me an earlier appointment because someone canceled, got there the girl at the front was nothing but nice!! Waited a little bit and was back in there. A closed MRI has to be one of my worst fears! This machine was so much better than I could have asked for!! You sit in and it’s closed on the back and sides, but the front was open. They play the tv really loud to help with the sound. But it’s really not that loud compared to normal MRI’s. I was still nervous because that’s just how I am. But this stand up MRI is worth every single penny.

I had the best experience I have ever had doing an MRI because the three ladies who took care of me were awesome (Shvonne, Shannon and Gabby). I commend these three ladies and if it were up to me, you would get a raise because you deserve it. Have a blessed day.

Everyone hates MRI in that enclosed cylinder like a coffin. Standup MRI reliefs 90% of the anxiety! The staff at Stand Up MRI are fantastic, friendly, professional, always trying to help the customer feel at ease. The technician is even better!! if you need an MRI, I HIGHLY recommend Stand Up MRI

Betty And I wanted to take the time to say what a wonderful facility this is. Our first impression was positive in that a human actually answers the phone when you call. If they are busy, you leave a message and they get right back to you. No press one for this, press two for that, no menus, no sales pitches, no surveys, etc. Shannon, Elana, and John Paul were all competent, professional, and friendly in a way that exceeded any expectations we might have as customers. Shannon and Elana both went above and beyond while handling our initial appointment, dealing with our insurance company, processing our visit to the office, and in dealing with our follow-up questions and issues. The tech, John Paul, made the actual MRI experience as relaxing and comfortable as I imagine could be possible. Especially when considering I was uncomfortable in the tube MRI machine which is why I was I was getting the stand-up MRI. The staff at this facility is the real A Team. The facility itself was new, bright, and clean. There was really nice art work too. It all made for a comforting, relaxing atmosphere during what can be a stressful time. Sincerely, Ed and Betty

Everyone was amazing from start to finish! GABY in scheduling who kept me on her waitlist and was able to get me in early which was MUCH appreciated! She was so friendly, welcoming & even helpful with the paperwork! Jody in billing who had to call me several times (my issue) & was STILL so nice to me, to Shvonne who helped me confirm, to Casey who did my scans and made sure I was safe & secure. I’m in a lot of pain but they all helped made this as easy as possible for which I’m grateful!
