Medina Flooring

I visited Medina Flooring on June 17, 2020. I visited due to a awful experience at MDG Flooring America in Medina. Upon entering, I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner from Gretchen and Bill ( the proprietor ). I detailed what I was looking for to purchase. I had very specific set of guidelines, one of which was my desire to purchase an American made product. Both Gretchen and Bill understood and made every effort possible to confirm the origin of each sample that met our needs. They stopped what they were currently doing in order to answer my questions. This act certainly did not go unnoticed by me. They happily provided three samples for me to take home and said that I could keep them for up to a week. That was unnecessary but a kind gesture nonetheless.

I returned shortly thereafter and Bill had explained which of the samples met my requirements. Bill continued to research the types he had while Gretchen assisted. I chose one of the recommended types and discovered that not only was the price incredibly fair, Bill offered me to pay upon delivery. I opted instead to pay upfront due to the outstanding personal attention both Bill and Gretchen provided to me and the trust that I had gain through my interactions with them. At the conclusion of my visit, Gretchen said that she was happy for my visit and I would agree. Both Bill and Gretchen were most respectful and I consider them trusted friends now. I enthusiastically endorse Medina Flooring as a “Go To” location and supplier. Overheard is kept to a minimum which results in a very friendly price unlike a much larger competitor down the road from them. Medina Flooring in my humble opinion is a Five Star rated business.

Bill and his crew did a fantastic job on my carpet install. I will definitely use Medina flooring again.

They have a great selection of different flooring. Bill is very knowledgeable about what he sells and the prices are really good.
