McDonald's

The young gentleman who handed me my food through the drive thru was absolutely amazing. His customer service skills are the best I've seen in a while. He was super friendly and made my day. I've been to so many different McDonald's over the years with cold food, missing items and bad customer service and this place had hot food, had my order correct and a super friendly face at the window. I hope he continues to live his entire life like that. He needs a raise!

staff is absolutely wonderful!! i just went thru the drive thru with my fiancé and we had the absolute best team help and serve us, and the lovely man at the second window sang us the little jingle as we were leaving! made our whole day! will absolutely go out of my way to come back to this location. to top it off my order never comes out wrong here, this is the best location near me top to bottom!!

I have never ever shared a review for a fast food restaurant for anything other than absolutely terrible service.

Today was a first for me. We met the most cheerful young lady here today! She deserved a shout out so I am writing a review here and submitting one to the website on the receipt. She was short with short brown hair and super peppy in the drive through around 7-7:10am. I didn’t get her name cause I was honestly a bit taken back by it.

Kudos to her for making our day brighter.

Pleasant staff at 6am. Not like the ones back home in south carolina. And I didn't see a single cell phone out!

Manny from the Wadsworth store was amazing at the drive thru!!! So personable, chipper, and polite!!! What a gem!!!

The staff was amazing! They had 7 call offs tonight and were super busy. There were only 4 people on staff and were working super hard. Props to the manager keeping as much of a level head as she could. I hope everyone working tonight gets a raise for this.

When you've been to McDonalds lots of times, you know what to expect food-wise. But this one really has their act together as service goes! They've never made a mistake with me. Correct food, never overcharged, they're fast, both drive-thru lanes move the same speed, smiling faces, they're polite and always give me cream, sugar and a stirrer for my coffee when they say they will. Bravo! I wish they were all like this one.

Ordered ahead on the app. Everyone was working very hard. Easy to get my food.

After moving to the Akron area, I would say that is probably one of the best McD's in the area. I have made an unforgiving habit of grabbing breakfast here on the way to work and it's always been such a nice stop. Friendly staff for the morning rush, never an incorrect order, and honestly one of the best restaurant chains in the McD family because the prices at this location are actually about 25/40 cents cheaper than some of the other locations around the Akron area.

It's right across the interstate as well which makes this a super quick stop, I will say despite the location, the entrance is kinda lame having you go completely around some of the other little bit of establishments, especially when it snows.

But overall, nice place for junk food and doesn't have a rude staff or makes meal errors.

Food good wait on you quick

I usually stop at the Lodi location it's on the route to work. Unfortunately their Frappe machine has been broken. So I decided to stop here good choice. Very friendly fast service. If you drink Frappes you know it's kind of like roulette in what you'll get I personally like mine thicker not watery. The 2 times I've stopped here they've been right on. Thanks ladies I appreciate the awesome frappes and you for coming to work with a smile 😃

Great all new clean nice and quick

Nearly 20 minute wait in the drive through but they were completely slammed. My order was right and the food was good so you can't really expect much else.

Out of all the McDonalds in the area, this one is usually accurate, the food is almost always great, and the wait times are relatively short given the, at times, amount of patrons in line.

There's always a line at the busy times right around lunch hour and dinner rush, best times to go is around 12 noon or 4pm. Great food, friendly staff. There's a staff shortage just remember to be nice

Wasn't packed as usual . So I got filet fish meal it was hot fries hit buns fresh . I felt like I hit the lotto lol. Always or miss.

They need to improve there service. The one in wooster . You would think they would put napkins in with your meal so you can wipe your hands or whatever. But the last dozen times I've been there they haven't given me any I have to go back around to ask for them . The way they went up in price you would think you were eating at a 5 star restraunt

There is nothing better than buying an unsweetened ice tea at the Barberton McDonald's. It is unique because they designed like the Barber Farms buildings. They surrounded it with cherry blossom trees like Lake Anna. Also, there is tall trees mixed in. The only complaint I have is when they had to remodel it (it was built in 1990) they didn't put the tile roof back on. There is nice landscaping. I love to park under the trees, roll all my windows down, turn on the radio or CD and read my mail or play with my cellphone. I start doing this the first warm day of the year until I have to turn on my heater in the car.

I've always liked this McDonald's, they always seem to push things out the fastest! occasionally go show up at a certain time of day where things aren't running as smoothly, because you can tell the GM's/store manager have gone home for the day, but other than that everything runs really smoothly, the food is generally always fresh. The only complaint I ever have is with the McCafe- it seems to be not clean enough or something, because it imparts a specific taste on the coffee that is very recognizable. Other than that I seem to never have issues 😏 the only thing that truly sucks is the traffic out there, and the slightly confusing way to get into the McDonald's parking lot. However, this isn't really their fault so it is nothing that degrades the quality of the place.
