ECS Tuning

Absolutely amazing company. About three months ago, I blew my motor. I had the car towed to my mechanic and had all the parts shipped to him. I was afraid that some of the parts I ordered wouldn’t make it in time. As some of the parts on the website that I needed didn’t have an ETA because they were carried in stock, ECS Tuning went out of their way Send me an email with all the info of the parts that I ordered and when they were coming. Fast forward three months, and I have an autocross day tomorrow and I couldn’t be happier with the service In getting everything together in time for the rebuild for the seasons autocross.

Fantastic team that stands by there products. Purchased spacers for our Audi Q7 and the team found that the normal bolts they sell with the kit where not correct. They worked with engineer and found the correct parts, when they had next day air shipped to me! Final installation went perfect

Highly recommended for customer service, quality of parts, pricing and delivery. Both of my last two orders arrived 5 days before the promised delivery date. The protection packaging (see photos) was well above any other automotive vendor I've dealt with. ECS is always my 1st stop when I need parts for my BMWs.

Decided to go by ECS, thinking it was a show room, like Summit Racing is. I have been buying parts from them for a while now but, I lived in AZ and everything was shipped. Now I am living in the NE and they are about a 90 min. drive. They are a warehouse but you can pick up parts there and they let me order and pick up today...since I was there 😉 Great customer service and very friendly staff. Was a nice trip.

The tape failed on one of the pieces I bought and it ended up coming off while I was driving and I never found it. The warranty doesn’t 100% cover that but they worked with me and sent me them for free. The only issue I had was it took a little bit longer than I plus have liked for them to respond.

ECS tuning has been an amazing company to get parts for my Audi from. They have everything I have needed with great pricing and always fast shipping. I only had 1 order slightly delayed due to 1 item out of stock and they emailed right away to let me know the situation and expected delivery date, which they beat by several days. I now have 2 co-workers with BMW, and VW ordering from ECS Tuning

First time dealing with ECS. I am rebuilding an Audi 2.0 engine and their parts are high quality and prices are very competitive. Above all, their customer service is great. My first order arrived on time but damaged and with missing parts. Spoke with Matt in customer service via email and he fixed the situation. On my second order, I was notified by Austin in CS that 1 part was on back order so he suggested to send the available parts and keep a tap on the backordered part. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help.
Their communication, in my experience, has been on point. Keep it up, ECS!

Listen man I’m not affiliated with these cats but I have quickly fallen in love with them, and wish I was affiliated I could use a discount. 😂. What i need to be clear on is how great my experience has been with the company from inventory to access to inventory and return policy is awesome. I probably use it more than others and they treat each one like it’s my 1st no shaming or bullshit. ECS is awesomely responsive to questions. They have not let me down when getting my products for upgrades to my sleeper 435. Recently bout the coilover set and rides just as smooth as rock but handles like it’s stuck to the road. I have to visit this place these guys are great.

They have been a very reliable vendor for my business. Customer service makes all returns or issues pain-free. Minimum pricing for free shipping can be improved. The ECS products and hardware packages are great!!

originally found ECS because i bought my first Audi and needed certain parts i couldn’t find locally. pretty good shipping times, although the email updates were a tad late sometimes. no biggie though. one of the kits i ordered got a part damaged cruising install and customer service (website live chat) was very helpful with finding the individual pieces i needed to replace so i would t have to buy the whole kit again. definitely referring to my euro driving friends and going to be ordering more as i build my A4 B6. as a heads up, SOME things are a little pricey but you pay for quality and service so take that with a grain of salt and try it out for yourself

ECS Tuning is my go to for either genuine or quality after market parts for my Mini Cooper. The selection and fast shipping to Canada is better than expected. Will continue to go to them in the future.

So far everything I have shopped for at ECS Tuning has been a perfect fit and good quality. I am happy to say that I had one mishap and bought the wrong part and ECS Tuning jumped at the chance to help me correct the situation. I buy everything for my mk7 Golf from ECS. Intercooler, oil changes, tune-ups, wheels, flash tune, all of it. Everything always arrives well packaged and in less than a week. I have been very pleased with the service, speed, and quality parts selection, and customer service is fantastic if you have questions. 10/10

Bought a set of Bavarian Autosport ign coils and spark plugs for an E36 BMW. Great!! price. Delivered on time. Plug and play. No high rpm miss. (And they look high tech) and that goes the same for the ECS Tuning coilovers.

Searched around for this EOS (TSI 2.0) pump. Found this site. sub-$100 pumps scared me, so I purchased this for a bit over $200. Well worth it. Sweet pump, solid design. Everything included, thermal sensor installed and secured, new belt, transfer pipe (aluminum) and seals!!

When I need more parts for this EOS... I'll buy here

I've dealt with the customer service team at ECS countless times and have absolutely ZERO complaints about them. Everyone I've worked with has gone above and beyond to help me figure out what I need, take care of warranties, returns, and exchanges, and even as much as small diagnostic questions if that particular representative is familiar with the type of car I've got. I've recommended them to countless people and will continue to do so. The ECS website is among one of the easiest to navigate I've ever come across. I've got multiple ECS branded parts across my build and have nothing but good things to say about their build quality as well.
