Boost Mobile

Went in the first time to get a new phone which was a quick & seamless process. The 2nd time was because I was having issues with my phone and my phone was using up data so fast. Devin recognized an issue with our account and said we need new SIM cards and transferred to the new system. Went back with my son and his phone and she got us all fixed up! Devin helped me both times. She is the best & my son even said she needs a promotion or at least a raise! Thank you Devin!

Currently retired and serving as deacon of a church.
I received rude service from your location on cherry last monday,so to avoid confrontation, I visit the south location.
Mani the manager was out of the phone boost sent me the promo for? But mani has given me great service for years before he got with boost, he's great!
However over hearing the conversation (kim) I believe works boost technical services. Kim suggested that I visit the airport Reynolds location because Devin is awesome and friendly!
She was right! Devin improved my whole day! And got me a phone that improves my life! ❤

Devon was working by herself.
I witnessed her taking care of 4 customers at the same time.
Always kept her cool and no one left unhappy!

Went there today about 230 or 300 my girlfriend got a new phone for Christmas,the stylo 6 she use to have the stylo 4, but when she switched everything over she didn't have no service with her new phone witch was odd bc her old one had perfect service. She end up needing a 4g sim card for it to work, instead of the 5g one it came with,she had amazing assistance at this store!
